Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, araştırmanın evrenini oluşturan Orta Dereceli Askeri Okullarda görevli öğretmenlerin performanslarının değerlendirilmesi sürecinde kullanılan öğrenci başarısına etki edebilecek: - konu alanı özellikleri, - planlama-programlama faaliyetleri ile ilgili özellikler ve - öğretmenlerin demografik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi ve dolayısıyla da öğrenci başarısının, öğretmen performansının belirlenmesinde daha sağlıklı bir şekilde yorumlanmasına nasıl katkıda bulunulabileceğini araştırmaktır.

( A Study on 'Student Success As a Mean of Collecting Data in the Teachers' Performance Appraisal Process and the Factors Effecting It'.) The purpose of this study is to identify the factors, such as: - the subject area of the course, - daily class schedule and - teacher-based factors affecting the student success used as one of the means of collecting data in the teachers' performance appraisal process. So it would be possible to examine the ways to make use of the student success for the evaluation of teachers' performance more effectively.
