Takım olma düzeyinin belirlenmesinde performans sisteminin yeri ve önemi

Abstract

Bu tezin temel amacı, takım olma düzeyinin, performans değerleme sistemine etkisini incelemektir. Bu amaca yönelik olarak hizmet sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmede uygulanan anket ve bu ankete dayanan çeşitli istatiksel tekniklerle konunun incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Takım olma düzeyini etkileyen faktörlerden performans değerleme sisteminin, diğer değişkenlere göre daha büyük ölçüde etkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuca göre takım bazlı örgütlenmelerin ve takım çalışması yapacak işletmelerin, performans değerleme sistemini, takım ve takım çalışması unsurlarını destekleyecek nitelikte tasarlamalarının daha olumlu sonuçlar yaratacağı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Main aim of this thesis is to analyse the effect of performance assessment system to the team building level. For this purpose, the main subject is analysed by a variety of statistical techniques based on an enquiry obtained from a firm in service sector. It is concluded that the performance assessment system being the factors affecting the team building level has greater effect on the team building level when comparing other factors. From this point, we concluded that designing the performance assessment system to support the elements of team and the teamwork in the team based organizations and the organizations introducing the teamwork results in better outcomes.
