Abstract
HİZMET TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ YÖNETİMİ ve SİVİL HAVACILIKTA BİR UYGULAMA Günümüzde işletmelerin ulusal ve uluslararası alanda rekabet edebilmeleri, maliyetlerini azaltarak karlılıklarını arttırmaları, hızla değişen tüketici istek ve gereksinimlerine aynı hızla cevap verebilmeleri işletme içi ve işletme dışı faaliyetlerin bütünleştirilmesi ve etkin bir şekilde yönetilmesiyle mümkün olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda işletmelerin kendilerine en uygun tedarik zinciri yapısını ve modelini oluşturması önemlidir. Hizmet endüstrilerinin artan önemiyle birlikte, soyut ürünler için de tedarik zinciri yönetimine gereksinim duyulmaktadır. Dolayısıyla üretim endüstrilerinde olduğu gibi hizmet endüstrilerinde de etkin tedarik zinciri yönetimi temeldir. Bu çalışmada hizmet tedarik zinciri ve bileşenleri kavramsal olarak açıklanmakta ve bir hizmet sektörü olarak sivil havacılık değerlendirilmektedir. Bu bağlamda Sabiha Gökçen Uluslararası Havaalanı’ nın tedarik zinciri yapısı ve yönetsel süreçleri keşifsel araştırma yöntemlerinden derinlemesine mülakat tekniğiyle incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Sabiha Gökçen Uluslararası Havaalanı’nın kompleks yapısının anlaşılabilmesi ve iş süreçlerinin daha etkin yönetilmesi adına bütünleşik bir tedarik zinciri modeli önerilmiştir. SERVICE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AND AN APPLICATION IN CIVIL AVIATION In today’s world, it is possible for the businesses to compete in national and international fields by reducing their costs while maximizing their profitability, meeting the rapidly changing needs and expectations of the consumers at the same speed, integrating the activities in and out of the business, and also managing these activities in an effective way. In this regard, it is of crucial significance for the businesses to create a supply chain structure and model that are the most appropriate to them. Along with the increasing importance of service industries, the supply chain management for abstract products is also needed. Therefore, as in production industries, effective supply chain management is essential in service industries, too. In this study, service supply chain and its constituents are explained conceptually; and also civil aviation is evaluated as a service sector. In this framework, the supply chain structure and administrative processes of Sabiha Gökçen International Airport are examined using unstructured interview technique, which is one of the qualitative research methods. At the end of the research, an integrated supply chain model is suggested to make the complex structure of Sabiha Gökçen International Airport more understandable and to help the management of work processes more effectively.
