Abstract

1960 VE 1980 ASKERİ DARBELERİNİN TÜRK SİYASAL SİNEMASINA ETKİLERİ Askeri darbe söz konusu olduğunda, en fazla etkilenen sinema türünün “siyasal sinema” olması kaçınılmazdır. Askeri müdahale dönemleri, siyasal sinemayla uğraşan sinemacıların gözaltına alınması, tutuklanması, sinema çalışmalarının engellenmesi gibi örneklerle doludur. Bunun yanında, demokrasinin askıya alınması, dönemin koşulları nedeniyle halkın siyasetten ve siyasal konulu filmlerden uzaklaşması “siyasal sinemayı” olumsuz etkilemiştir. Türkiye’de anayasal hükümetleri deviren ve yeni anayasa hazırlatan iki önemli askeri darbe gerçekleşmiştir. Çalışmada, 27 Mayıs 1960 ve 12 Eylül 1980 askeri darbelerinin Türk siyasal sinemasına etkileri, karşılaştırmalı olarak, incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma yapılırken üzerinde durulan ana tez şudur: Yönetici sınıfın topluma “ilerici” bir tutumla yaklaştığı tarihsel dönemlerde (bu çalışmada 27 Mayıs darbesi ve sonrası) sanat alanında “ileriye dönük” bir canlanma yaşanır. Bunun tersinin yaşandığı tarihsel dönemlerde ise (bu çalışmada 12 Eylül askeri darbesi ve sonrası) sanatta bir “geriye gidiş” yaşanır. Bu dönemlerde en fazla etkilenen sanat türü ise, “siyasal-toplumsal” kaygıları bulunan sanat türleridir (bu çalışmada siyasal sinema). Çalışmada ulaşılan sonuçlar, üzerinde durulan tezi doğrulamaktadır.

THE EFECTS OF 1960 AND 1980 MILLITARY COUPS ON TURKISH POLITICAL CİNEMA If the question is millitary coup, it is inevitable that “political cinema” is the most affected thing by the conditions of this period. There are lots of examles; which fulfill as taking in to custody, orrest or blocking of the films of actors or actresses which were related with political cinema. In addition to that; the suspencion of the democracy, people’s divergence from politics and political films because of this period’s conditions; influence political cinema negatively. There were two millitary coups which were finished constitutional governments and caused preperation of new constitutions in Turkey. With this work; 27 May, 1960 and 12 September, 1980 coup’s effects on Turkish political cinema is excmining comperatively. The main thesis of this work: the periods which governors behave progressive to the public (May 27, 1960 and post-May 27, 1960) there were “prudentid boom” in art fields. However; the reverse of this period in the history (September 12, 1980 and post September 12; 1980); there were “regression” in arts. The most affected type arts; which have worry about “political and communal” issues. (With this work; political cinema) The achieving result of this work; corroborate the main thesis.
