Enformasyon toplumu ve bilgi çağında Türkiye’nin gelişim süreci

Abstract

Bilginin cisimsiz bir varlık olarak genel anlamda değerli kıldığı bilgi ekonomisi, materyalist bir döngüden yola çıkarak içerik değiĢimini yaratmıĢ bir yapılanmayı ifade etmektedir. Bilgi toplumu, bilginin ıĢığında teknolojinin değiĢim ve dönüĢümüne tanıklık etmektedir. Bu yönüyle küreselleĢmenin teknolojik boyutunu temsil etmektedir. Enformatiğin ekonomiye yansımasıyla üretim iliĢkileri, ticari iliĢkiler değiĢmekte, ortaya çıkan hız, sağlanan verim teknolojik geliĢmeyle birbirini desteklemektedir. Ekonominin, toplumsal iliĢkilerin ve sosyal hayatın modernizasyonu olarak da adlandırabileceğimiz bu süreçte Türkiye, değiĢime ayak uydurmak için belirli yapılanmalar içerisine girmiĢtir. Bulunduğumuz noktada Türkiye‟nin sürecin avantajlarından yararlanması, küresel rekabet bakımından ipleri eline alması büyük önem taĢımaktadır. xi

The information economy which was made valuable by information as an incorporeal asset, implies a restructuring considering materialist circle which has created change in content. The information society attests change and transformation of technology under the light of the information. From this aspect, it symbolizes the technological side of the globalization. The production and trade relations change under the reflection of the informatics to the economy and growing speed - derived productivity and the technological development support each other. Turkey has began to restructure to keep up with the change in this process called as modernization of economy, social relations and social life At this point, it is so important for Turkey to take the advantage of this process and run the show in terms of global competition.
