Sponsorların amatör spor kulüplerinin gelişimine etkisi

Abstract

Sponsorların Amatör Spor Kulüplerinin Gelişimine Etkisi Tezin amacı sponsorların amatör spor kulüplerinin gelişimine etkisinin olup olmadığını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Amatör spor kulüpleri sporun altyapısını oluşturmaktadır. Amatör spor kulüpleri herhangi bir kar amacı gütmeden üyelerine spor yaptıran kulüplerdir. Anayasanın 59. Maddesi devlete vatandaşa spor yaptırmakla görevli olduğunu söylemektedir. Amatör spor kulüpleri vatandaşa spor yaptırmak için devletlerin elini güçlendiren en önemli yapı taşıdır. Sponsorluk ise destek olmak manasına gelmektir. Sponsorlar tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de özellikle profesyonel spor kulüplerine destek vermek için çaba gösterirken, amatör spor kulüplerine destekleri daha sınırlı olmaktadır. Büyük firmalar büyük organizasyonlar ve etkinlikleri içinde görünmek isteyecektir. Bu sebepten amatör spor kulüplerinin kendisiyle beraber büyüyecek yerelde hizmet veren kurumlardan sponsor desteği alması gerekmektedir. Tez çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde sponsorluğun ne olduğunu, gelişimini, amaçlarını, kategorilerini, türlerini, hedeflerini tanımlaya çalışırken aynı zamanda spor ve spor sponsorluğunun tarihsel gelişimini, vergisel boyutunu hukuki temellerini açıklamaya çalışılmıştır. Tez çalışmamzın ikinci bölümünde amatör spor kulüplerinin kuruluşu, yapılanması, türleri, mali yapılanması, vergilendirilmesi ve yasal sorunları açıklanmaya çalışılırken; spor kulüplerinin markalaşması, sponsorların amatör spor kulüplerine sponsor olma nedenleri gibi konularda da açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Tez çalışmamızın üçüncü bölümünde 206 amatör spor kulübü çalışanına anket uygulanmış ve elde edilen bulgular analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda amatör spor kulüplerinin bir kısmının sponsorluk desteği almadığını, bir kısmının da sınırlı ölçülerde sponsor desteği alabildiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Amateur sports clubs form the infrastructure of sports. Amateur sports clubs are clubs that make their members do sports without any profit. Article 59 of the Constitution states that the state is responsible for making sports available to citizens. Amateur sports clubs are the most important building block that strengthens the hand of giants to make people do sports. Sponsorship means to support. While sponsors strive to support professional sports clubs in our country as well as all over the world, their support to amateur sports clubs is more limited. Since big companies want to be in big organizations and events, amateur sports clubs need to get sponsor support from institutions that will grow together with them. With the sponsorship law, the state has brought some advantages to the sponsors to support the sponsorship. In the first part of our thesis study, while trying to define what sponsorship is, its arrival, aims, categories, types, targets, it is also tried to explain the historical development, taxation dimension and legal basis of sports and sports sponsorship. In the second part of our thesis, while trying to explain the establishment, structuring, types, financial structuring, taxation and legal problems of amateur sports clubs; It has also been tried to explain the branding of sports clubs, the reasons why sponsors sponsor amateur sports clubs. In the third part of our thesis, a questionnaire was applied to 206 amateur sports club employees and the findings were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it has been revealed that some of the amateur sports clubs do not receive sponsorship support, and some of them can receive sponsorship support to a limited extent.
