İstanbul büyükşehir belediyesi sınırları içerisinde yeralan hastaneler arasındaki rekabet şartlarına ilişkin durumun değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, insanların ekonomik ve sosyal yaşamında kilit niteliğinde rol oynayan sağlık hizmetlerini ve bu hizmetlere ayrılan kaynakların büyük çoğunluğunu tüketen hastanelerin, etkili ve verimli hizmet vermelerine zorlayan rekabet olgusunun durumunu irdelemek maksadıyla hazırlanmıştır. Giriş bölümünü takiben, sağlık hizmetlerinin tanımı, sağlık hizmetleri harcamalarının durumunu, hastanelerin tanımı, hastanelere ve hekimlere ödeme modellerini, rekabetin tanımı, rekabet kanunu ve sağlık hizmetlerinde rekabet konularında bilgi verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi sınırları içerisinde yer alan hastaneler arası rekabet şartlarına ilişkin durum değerlendirilerek sağlık hizmetlerinin iyileştirilmesi için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

EVALUATIONS ABOUT COMPETITION CONDITIONS OF THE HOSPITALS LOCATED WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN AREA OF ISTANBUL In this study I' ve tried to introduce the medical services which play akey role in the economic and social lives of people, and I' ve also tried to analyse the competitive atmosphere which inactivates the effectiveand creative service given by hospitals that use most of the sources granted for health service. Following the introduction, I have explained the meaning of health service, the position of health expenses, the definition of hospitals, the paying methods for hospitals and doctors, the definition of competition, and the competition in health service. In the conclusion, I have made evaluations about competition conditions of the hospitals located within the metropolitan area of İstanbul and made suggestions about how to give better health service.
