Hukuki Bakımdan Türkiye’de Serbest Bölgelerin İncelenmesi 1980 sonrası başlayan ekonomide liberalizasyon politikaları, dışa açılım hedefleri ve uluslar arası ticaretin önem kazanması ile Türkiye’de serbest bölgelerin kurulması gündeme gelmiştir. Serbest bölgeler, uygulanan vergisel teşvikler ve sağlanan koşullarla uluslar arası piyasada yerli firmaların rekabet gücünü artırmasına aracılık ederken diğer bir yandan yabancı sermayenin Türkiye’ye çekilmesinde de önemli bir rol oynar. Türkiye’deki serbest bölgelerin hukuksal açıdan değerlendirildiği bu çalışmada, serbest bölgelerin, Türkiye’nin ekonomisine yaptığı olumlu katkılar göze çarpmaktadır. Türkiye’de olumsuz özellikleriyle de eleştirilere maruz kalan serbest bölgeler, devletin, serbest bölge yönetiminin ve serbest bölgede faaliyet gösteren firmaların işbirlikleriyle ve hukuk kurallarının desteğinde uygulanması ile daha büyük başarılar elde edecektir. Free zones , while mediating to the greater competitiveness of domestic firms in the international market through fiscal incentives and the provision of suitable conditions , they also play an important role in terms of attracting foreign capital. In this study of free zones in Turkey from the legal point of view the positive contributions of free zones to Turkish economy are striking. Free zones , which are also criticized for their negative characteristics are going to be more successful when the state , the administration of free zones and the firms operating in them cooperate under an application supported by the laws.
