Abstract

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti günümüze değin sanayileşmeye yönelik önemli çabalar sarf etmesine ve bunun için ciddi bedeller ödemesine rağmen, sanayileşmede bugün gelinen nokta, ulaşılması ya da varılması istenen hedefin epey uzağındadır. Bu durum bizimle aynı anda sanayileşme çabalarına başlayan ülkelerle karşılaştırıldığında, net bir şekilde gözükmektedir. Tez çalışması kapsamında; birinci bölümde sanayileşme stratejilerine değinilerek, bu stratejilerin uygulanış biçimleri ile olumlu ve olumsuz yanları belirtilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, D.Asya ve L.Amerika ülkelerinin sanayileşme çabaları karşılaştırılmış ve sanayileşme de başarıya ulaşan ülkelerle ilgili genel birtakım yargılara varılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin sanayileşme süreci boyunca geçirmiş olduğu dönemler üzerinde durulurken, bu dönemlerin ayırt edici noktalarına değinilmiştir.Even thought The Republic of Turkey has made important effort for industrialization until nowadays and has paid penalty for industrialization, the level which we has achieved in industrialization on today are at the back according to the many country which started to the industrialization at the same time with The Republic of Turkey. In the first phase of this thesis, we have explained industrialization strategies, at the same time we described positive and negative effect of this strategies. In the second phase of this thesis, we have touched on Latin American and East Asian countries industrialization effort . We matched this effort and made general judgment about the counrty that has achieved industrialization. In the third phases of this thesis; we have emphasized the phase of The Republic of Turkey has reached, at the same time we attracted attention to the determinative of this phases.
