Publication: Öğretmenlerin evlilik uyumları ile yaratıcılıkları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi (beylikdüzü örneği)
Abstract
Öğretmenler, gelecek kuşakların bilişsel, duyuşsal, devimsel gelişimi ve yaşama biçimini yönlendiren, iletişim, araştırma ve yaratıcılık becerilerinin gelişimini etkileyen kişilerdir. Bu araştırmadaki amaç, öğretmenlerin evlilik uyumları ile yaratıcılıkları arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. İnsan yaşamının pek çok yönünü etkileyen evlilik, mutluluğu, sıkıntıları, sevinçleri ve üzüntüleriyle insanların büyük çoğunluğu için ulaşılması istenen bir amaçtır. Evlilik, demografi sözlüğünde, karşı cinsten iki birey tarafından oluşturulmuş, resmi, dini veya ülkesel farklılıklara göre geleneksel olarak başka türlerde gerçekleştirilen meşru bir birliktelik olarak ifade edilmektedir. Yani insan yaşamında gelişen en önemli kişilerarası ilişkilerden biri olarak kabul edilir ve bazı insanlar için önemli bir uyum ve mutluluk kaynağı olabilirken, bazıları içinse pek çok olumsuz sonucu beraberinde getiren bir olgu haline dönüşebilir Bu araştırmada İstanbul İli Avrupa Yakası Beylikdüzü İlçesinde resmi okullarında görev yapmakta olan öğretmenlerin evlilik uyumları ile yaratıcılıkları arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Evlilik uyumu üzerinde cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim durumu, evlilik süresi, evlenme biçimi ve çocuk sahibi olma değişkenlerinin etkileri araştırılmıştır. Çocuk sahibi olma değişkeninin evlilik uyumu puan ortalamaları üzerinde anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturduğu ve bu farkın çocuğu olmayan grubun lehine olduğu tesbit edilmiştir. Yaratıcılık üzerinde yaş, cinsiyet, branş, okul türü, eğitim durumu, evlilik süresi, evlenme biçimi ve çocuk sahibi olma değişkenlerinin etkileri araştırılmıştır. Evlilik süresi değişkeninin yaratıcılık puan ortalamalarında anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturduğu ve bu farkın evlilik süresi uzun olan gruplar lehine olduğu tesbit edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayarda “SPSS for Windows ver:17.0” programında çözümlenmiş, manidarlıklar minimum p<,05 düzeyinde sınanmış, diğer manidarlık düzeyleri ayrıca belirtilmiş ve bulgular araştırmanın amaçlarına uygun olarak tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. The purpose of this study, devoted and creative teachers who aimed to measure the creativity of harmony in marriage. Affecting many aspects of human life, marriage, happiness, tribulations, joys and sorrows with the vast majority of people is a desirable goal to be attained to. Marriage, demography dictionary, created by two individuals of the opposite sex, formal, religious or national differences in species other than traditionally performed is expressed as a legitimate association. So developing human life is considered to be one of the most important interpersonal relationship and for some people that may be an important source of harmony and happiness, many negative consequences for others it can become a phenomenon which brings. The effects of parameters that gender, age, educational status, length of marriage, way of marriage and having children on marital adjustment were investigated. It was detected that the parameter of having children led to a significant difference on the point averages of marital adjustment and that the difference is in favor of the group without children. The effects of parameters that age, gender, branch, type of school, educational status, length of marriage, way of marriage and having children on creativity were investigated. It was detected that the parameter of length of marriage led to a significant difference on the point averages of creativity and that the difference is in favor of the group with longer length of marriage. In this study, in the province of Istanbul European Side Flat District, who serves in the official school teachers have investigated the relationship between creativity with marital harmony. The resulting data on a computer “SPSS for Windows ver: 17.0” program decoded, manidarlık minimum p<,05 level tested, other significant levels also specified and findings of the research for their intended purpose in the tables are presented.
