Publication: Türkiye'de tamamlayıcı sağlık sigortası ve müşterilerinin profili üzerine bir araştırma
Abstract
Sağlık hizmetleri, insanlar için vazgeçilmez bir hizmet türüdür. Sağlık hizmetlerinin yapısı, niteliği ve finansmanı ülkelerin gündeminden hiç düşmemektedir. Sağlık finansmanında yaşanan sorunlar özel sağlık sigortalarını kıymetli hale getirmiştir. İnsanların tercihleri üzerine şekillenen, kamu sigortalarının sunduğu sağlık hizmetlerini tamamlayan veya destekleyen bir sigorta ürünü olan tamamlayıcı sağlık sigortası birçok insanın ihtiyacını karşılamakta ve kullanımı gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, tamamlayıcı sağlık sigortası satın alan kişilerin tamamlayıcı sağlık sigortası hakkındaki bilgi ve görüşlerinin değerlendirilerek kişilerin tercihlerini etkileyen nedenlerin satın alma davranışları üzerine etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Uygulanan anket araştırması 2019 yılının Ocak ile Mart ayları arasında, İstanbul ilinde Tamamlayıcı Sağlık Sigortası’na sahip olan kişilere uygulanmıştır. Toplam 261 katılımcıya online anket uygulaması yapılmış ve geribildirimler SPSS23 istatistik programıyla analiz edilmiştir.

The problems in health financing made private health insurance more valuable. Complementary Health Insurance, which is an insurance product based on the preferences of people, completes or supports the health services offered by public insurances, meets the needs of many people and its use is increasing day by day. The aim of this study is to evaluate the knowledge and opinions of the people who purchase complementary health ınsurance about the complementary health ınsurance and to investigate the effects of the reasons affecting the preferences of the people on the buying behavior. The survey was conducted between January 2019 and March 2019 for people who have Complementary Health Insurance in Istanbul. A total of 261 participants were surveyed online and feedbacks were analyzed with SPSS23 statistics program.
