Abstract
KURUMSAL KAYNAK PLANLAMASI(KKP) PROJELERİ YÖNETİMİ Günümüzde, rekabetteki artış ve hız kazanan gelişmeler, firmaların şartları daha ağır olan bir ortamda faaliyet göstermelerini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Doğru zamanda doğru bilgiye ulaşmak başarıyı belirleyen en önemli faktörlerden biri haline gelmiştir. Bu durum, organizasyonların bünyelerindeki bütün birimleriyle bir sistem olarak hareket etmesini gerektirmektedir. Bugünün hızlı değişen ortamında firmalar, değişimlere hızlı cevap verebilmek ve rekabet edebilme kabiliyetlerini arttırmak için fonksiyonel süreçlerini entegre etmek ve kaynaklarını verimli şekilde kullanmak zorundadırlar. Başarılı KKP uygulamaları firmalara düşük maliyet, daha iyi müşteri hizmetleri ve üretim takvimi gibi birçok yarar sağlamaktadır. KKP uygulamalarındaki başarısızlıklar KKP sistemlerine ayrılan maddi kaynakların kaybına ve işlerin büyük bir kısmının aksamasına sebep olmaktadır. Uygulamanın başarılı olabilmesi için güvenilir, gerçekçi ve mantıklı bir KKP projesi yürütülmelidir. Bu çalışmada KKP Proje Yönetimi anlatılmış ve uygulamanın firma üzerindeki etkileri analiz edilmiştir. Uygulama kısmında ise, Firma A’ nın yeni KKP sistemine geçişi anlatılmıştır. Firma A’da KKP sistemlerinin seçimi ve uygulanışı anlatılarak sağladığı yararlar değerlendirilmiştir. Başarılı bir sistem kurulumunun firmaya getirilerinin oldukça fazla olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. KKP sistemleri uygulamalarının başarılı olması için titizlikle planlanmış bir proje yönetimi ve kendini adamış bir proje takımı gerekmektedir. Bu doğrultuda yönetimin ve kullanıcıların tam katılımı, eğitimi, gerekli finansmanın sağlanması, bilgi birikimi gibi unsurlar projenin başarısı için hayati önem taşımaktadır.
ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING(ERP) PROJECT MANAGEMENT Today, increasing trend in competitiveness and accelerating developments force companies to act in a tougher environment. Gathering required knowledge at the right time is among the factors that play a critical role in success. This condition necessitates organizations to integrate all its departments and behave as a system. In today’s fast changing environment, firms must integrate their functional operations and manage their resources efficiently in order to give quick response to changes and to increase their competitive abilities. Successful implementation of ERP systems can provide firms with significant benefits such as reduced costs, improved customer service and better production scheduling etc. Failures in ERP implementations cause loses in the capital invested in ERP packages and a major portion of their business. A reliable, realistic and reasonable ERP project must be evaluated in order to achieve the ERP implementation. In this study, ERP Project Management was explained and the effects of ERP implementations on firms were analyzed. In the survey section, ERP implementation of Firm A and project management were explained. Firm A’s ERP packet selection was defined and the benefits of ERP systems were evaluated. It is observed that the implementation of ERP systems have much benefits.. The success of ERP implementation depends on excellent project planning and dedicated project team. Top management and company wide support, education & training, reasonable budget and knowledge is vital for the survival of the ERP projects.
