933 numaralı Mühimme Defteri (H.996/ m. 1588) (inceleme-metin)

Abstract

Mühimme Defterleri, Divân-ı Hümâyûn görüşmelerinde devletin dâhili ve harici meselelerine ait askeri, iktisadi, siyasi ve sosyal kararların alındığı ve bu kararların kaydedildiği defterlerdir. Söz konusu defterler muhtevaları bakımından birçok araştırma sahasını ilgilendiren özelliğe sahiptirler. Bu çalışmanın konusu olan 933 Numaralı Mühimme Defteri dönem olarak Sultan III. Murad devrinin bir kısmına tekabül eder. Defterin muhtevâsında ise, döneme damgasını vuran Osmanlı-Safevi ilişkileri büyük yer tutar. Ayrıca Gürcü prensleri ile münasebetler, sınır çatışmaları, kale muhafazaları, sefer hazırlıkları, sefere gitmeyen asker kaçakları, devlet görevlilerinin olumlu ya da olumsuz çeşitli faaliyetleri, görev tevcihi, eşkıya ile mücadele vs. gibi birçok konu defterde bulunmaktadır. 933 numaralı defter 88 sayfadır. Osmanlı Türkçesi ile yazılan metin Latin harflerine çevrilmiş ve dil sadeleştirilerek günümüz Türkçesi ile özetlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda defterin tıpkıbasımı yer almaktadır

In the Mühimme Registers, military, economic, political and social decisions regarding the internal and external issues of the state are taken and these decisions are recorded in the meetings of the Divan-ı Hümayun. In terms of their content, these notebooks have features that are of interest to many research fields. The Mühimme register numbered 933, which is the subject of this study, was recorded during the reign of Sultan Murad III. The Ottoman-Safavid relations, which left the their mark on the period, have a great place in the content of the register. In addition, relations with Georgian princes, border conflicts, castle enclosures, expedition preparations, deserters who did not go to the expedition, various positive or negative activities of state officials, mission assignment, fight against bandits are included in the register. Register numbered 933 has 88 pages. The text written in Ottoman Turkish was translated into Latin letters and the language was simplified and summarized in today’s Turkish. At the end of the study, there is a facsimile of the register
