İş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının kalite yönetimi ile ilişkisi ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Kalite, Kalite Yönetimi, İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği, İş Kazaları ÖZET İŞ SAĞLIĞI VE GÜVENLİĞİ UYGULAMALARININ KALİTE YÖNETİMİ İLE İLİŞKİSİ VE BİR UYGULAMA İşletmelerde; Kalite ve İş Sağlığı Güvenliği Kavramları, değişen piyasalara ve iktisadi yapıya ayak uydurarak, müşteri ihtiyaç ve beklentilerini karşılayabilmek için sistemli bir şekilde sürdürülmektedir. Bu kavramlar sürekli gelişim ilkesi içerisinde ve yönetimin sorumluluğu çerçevesinde işletmelerde uygulanmakta ve bu sayede müşterinin memnuniyeti elde edilmektedir. Bu çalışma ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının kalite yönetimi ile ilişkisi anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği önlemleri alınmamasının sonuçları olan İş Kazaları üzerinde durulmuştur. İş Kazaları; İşçi, işveren, tedarikçi, devlet, sendika ve toplum gibi birçok kesimi etkilediğinden, bunların sebepleri ve önleme yöntemlerine değinilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği uygulamalarına ihtiyaç duyulan Gemi İnşaa Sektöründe, tersanelerde konuyla ilgili anket çalışması yapılmıştır. İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği uygulamalarının çalışan ve iş kazaları üzerinde olumlu sonuçları olduğu ispatlanmaya çalışılmıştır. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY PRACTICES AND AN APPLICATION Quality and occupational health and safety concept at the business enterprises are maintained with a system to meet customer expectations and needs with adjusting the economic structure and market changes. Those concepts are applied with continiously development principle and under the responsibility of management at the business enterprieses and as a result of this application, customer satisfaction was gained in. In this study, the relationship between quality management and occupational health and safety practices are explained. Also, work accidents was explained in this study as a result of not taken occupational health and safety precautions. In consequences of work accidents affect so many sectors which are employee, employer, supplier, government, union and society, it was explained that the reasons of the work accidents and their preventing methodology. Accordingly, at Shipbuilding Industry which is needed occupational health and safety practices, a survey was conducted about that subject. The positive results of the occupational health and safety practices are tried to prove on employee and work accidents.
