“Midas’ın Kulakları Operasyonu”na yeni kostüm önermeler

Abstract

Bu tezin ilk bölümünde, sahne sanatlarında kostüm ve kostüm tasarımı, sahne sanatlarının tarihsel gelisim süreci içinde kostüm kullanımı ve kostüm tasarımcısının çalısma yöntemleri hakkında bilgiler verilmistir. Tezin ikinci bölümünde opera sanatı hakkında opera sanatının Cumhuriyet Türkiye’sinde kurumsallasmasına yer verilmistir. Üçüncü bölümde ise “Midas’ın Kulakları” eserinin yazarı ve opera bestecisi hakkında bilgi ve oyunun özeti verilmistir. Tezin dördüncü bölümünde de oyunun geçtigi dönem hakkında mitolojik arastırmalar, Yunan mitolojisi, Tanrılar ve Frigya arastırmaları yapılmıstır. Son bölümde “Midas’ın Kulakları Operası”na kostüm tasarlayan sanatçıların çizimleri yer alırken kaynak taraması bölümündeki bilgilerle karsılastırılarak tezin sonucu yazılmıs ve önermelerde bulunulmustur. In the first part of this thesis; costume and costume design in performin arts, costume usage throughout the historical development process of performing arts and the working methods of the costume designer. In the second part of the thesis, general information about 'opera' and the institutionalisation of the latter art branch in the Republic of Turkey is decribed. When it comes to the third section, the synopsis and some useful information about the writer and the composer of the opera named “The Ears of Midas”is presented. The fourth section of the thesis deals with the period where the opera takes place-focusing on the Greek Mhythology and other Gods & Phrygian mhythological researches. The last section of the thesis includes the drawings of the artists who had designed the the costumes for the opera “The Ears of Midas .”Also a thesis grade is written and some suggestions are made, by doing a comparison with the literature review section.
