Fob satışlarda tarafların yükümlülükleri ile hasarın geçişi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Marmara Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü nezdinde olarak hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk paragrafında FOB satış kavramı, çeşitleri ve özellikleri ile birlikte incelenmiştir. İkinci paragrafta kavramın gelişimini incelemek için tarihçe bilgilerine yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü paragrafta FOB satış sözleşmesinin taraflarının üzerine yüklenen tipik yükümlülükler ve sorumluluklar belirlenmiştir. Dördüncü paragrafta ise FOB satışın diğer satışlardan farklılaştığı bir nokta olan hasarın geçişi hususu incelenmiştir. In the first article of the dissertation, the concept, types and characteristics of the FOB sales had been examined. In the second article there have been some historical information about the evolution of the FOB sale concept. In the third article the typical burdens and liabilities of the parties of the FOB sale had defined. And in the last in the fourth article the passing of risk which is different from the other sale contracts, had been examined.
