Abstract
AUTECOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF Colchicum micranthum BOISS. (Liliaceae), AN ENDEMİC SPECIES FOR İSTANBUL This study, which is member of Liliaceae family, Colchicum micranthum Boiss. Kartal living within Pendik, both as a single distrubuted to the population and living conditions of population growth, plant and soil relationships expored revealed. The aims of this study are to find out of the physical and chemical properties of the soil, bioclimatic features of habitat of plant, N, P and K quantities and percentages in various organs of Colchicum micranthum Boiss. as being İstanbul endemic; in addition, to determine ecological needs and autecological properties of this species Determination of the soil pH where the plant grows was realized, in the soil with water saturated the soil or a salt soltion with a certain amounts involved through preparation and thus prepared the soil in which the hydrogen ion activity of the Standard electrodes and pH meters, with the helpof potentiometric was carried out. The carbonnate determination was realized by using of HCl and Scheibler Calcimeter. The organic matter determination with modified Walkeley-Black Wet Ashing method, total N with modified Kjeldahl method P with Olsen method were reailized. The N determination in the blont body was realized by mean, of the Wet-Ashing method whilst Na, P and Ca were found out by using of ICP. Determination of K was realized by using of Flame-Photometer and Kjeldahl method. At the end of the working of the plant in tems of soil texture is usually understood to prefer sandy loam soils. In terms of nutrient elements in the soil nutrient is generally understood that a wide spectrum, are able to sustain life. Prefer soils rich in K and Cu. The small amount of B and Mn, development is more effective. Autecology, Colchicum micranthum Boiss, İstanbul, Kartal, Pendik
