Abstract
Türkiye’de EBYS’lerin kullanılabilirliği ve kullanıcıların teknolojik hazır oluşlukları ile ilgili güncel gelişmeleri araştırmak ve bir durum analizi yapmak adına bu çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda tez çalışmasında İBE çerçevesinde dünyada ve Türkiye’de son zamanlarda yaygın olarak kullanılmakta olan Elektronik Belge Yönetim Sisteminin (EBYS) kullanılabilirliği ve kullanıcıların teknolojik hazır oluşlukları araştırılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to investigate latest developements related to availability of Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) in Turkey and technological readines of users and to make a situation analysis. In this context, within the framework of HCI the availability of Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) as well as the technological readiness of users has been investigated.
