Redüksiyon Mammoplasti Sonrası Fiziksel ve Psikolojik Semptomlar ile Postür ve Postüral Salınım Değişiklikleri

Abstract

Amaç: Makromeme hastalarda psikolojik ve fiziksel olarak birçok şikayete yol açmaktadır. Bu nedenle yapılan meme küçültme ameliyatlarının hastalarda yaşam kalitesini olumlu yönde etkilediği bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada meme küçültme ameliyatı sonrası postür ve postüral salınımın hastalarda nasıl etkilendiğinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem ve Gereçler: Bu çalışmaya meme küçültme cerrahisi uygulanan 20 hasta dahil edilmiştir. Hastalar cerrahi öncesi ve cerrahi sonrası 2. ay değerlendirilmiştir. Postüral denge ve salınım bozukluğunun değerlendirilmesinde bilgisayar destekli posturografi cihazı (tetrax) kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Cerrahi öncesi tüm hastalarda sütyen askısı rahatsızlığı ve meme altı pişik problemleri varken cerrahi son- rası 2.ay kontrollerde hastaların tamamında şikayetler kaybolmuştu. Cerrahi öncesi boyun ve sırt ağrısı ortalama GAS değerleri, cerrahi sonrası 2. ay değerlendirildiğinde anlamlı azal- malar kaydedildi. Sonuç: Çalışmamızın sonuçları cerrahi sonrası fiziksel ve psikolojik iyileşmeyi göstermiştir. Bu çalışma; postüral salınımların değerlendirildiği ilk çalışma olup, cerrahi sonrası postür ve postüral salınımındaki düzelmeleri işaret etse de Tetrax ile ölçülen tüm parametrelerde anlamlılığa ulaşmak için daha fazla hastanın katıldığı ve cerrahi sonrası daha uzun süreli değerlendirmelere ihtiyaç vardır.

Aim: Patients with breast hypertrophia have a lot of physical and psychological complaints. For this reason reduction mammoplasty operation increase patient s quality of life. The aim of this study is to determine postur and postural sway change of patients after reduction mammoplasty operations. Material and Methods: 20 patients which required reduction mammoplasty operation was included to this study. Patients were evaluated before and 2 months after operation. Posturography tool supported by computer (tetrax) was used to evaluate patient s postur. Results: Before operation all patients were complaining from brassiere strap trace and inframammarial sulcus skin problems. 2 months after operation all of the patients informed that they have no problem. 2 months after the surgery GAS values of neck and back pain were decreased significantly. Discussion: Result of our study showed physical and psychological healing after surgery. This is a first study for the postural and postural sway determination after reduction mamoplasty surgery. Although we have showed significant difference in all Tetrax parameters, it is necessary to investigate with longer followups in more patients.
