CNC tezgahlarında kullanılan kesici takımların tasarım esasları

Abstract

Bu tezde, CNC takım tezgahlarında kullanılan kesici takımların tanıtılması ve kesicilerin tasarımına ilişkin esaslar ele alınmaktadır. Sayısal Kontrollü tezgahlardan başlayarak günümüze kadar gelişen teknolojik kavramlar tanıtılarak, CNC takım tezgahları konusuna giriş yapıldı. Kesici takımların yapısı incelenerek, CNC tezgahlarında kullanılan kesicilerin malzemeleri tanıtıldı. CNC takım tezgahlarında kesici takımın kullanımı (torna, freze ve işlem merkezi tezgahlarda) ve kesicilerin uygulama alanları incelendi. Kesici takım örnekleri tanıtılarak tasarım esasları tetkik edildi. Takım bağlama sistemleri, otomatik takım değiştirme ve kontrol sistemlerinin tasarımı şekillerle ele alındı. CNC tezgahlarında en çok kullanılan kaplamalı takımların performansını ölçen deney yapıldı. Çalışma sonunda kullanılan takımların seçimine, kontrolüne, aktarılmasına ve önerilere yer verildi.

This thesis describes research which is aimed at the methodology of selecting the cutting tools used in CNC machine tools and the bases of cutting tool design. The principle objective of this thesis is to utilize machine tool desinger by providing cutting tools information. The thesis began with the subject of CNC machine tools started from the numerically controlled machine tools to the developments of the technological concepts. The structure of cutting tools examined and the cutting tools materials used in CNC machine tools introduced. The usage of cutting machine tool (Turning Lathe, Milling Cutting and Machining Center) in CNC machine tools examined and the application field of cutting tools studied. The cutting machine tool samples investigated and the design principles explained. The cutting tool holder system, automatic tool change and the control system examined to give broad perspective. An experimental work on coated cutting tools in CNC machine is made and results are illustrated. Finally the choice of the recent usage of cutting tools, the transferring into CNC machine tools, its control and the suggestions are given.
