Gayrimenkul geliştirme projelerinin süreçleri ve bu süreçlere ilişkin uygulamalar

Abstract

Nüfus artışı ve hayat şartlarının zorlaşmasıyla insanların barınma ihtiyacı ve çalışma ortamı konusundaki talepleri de değişmiştir. Bu taleplere en doğru şekilde yanıt vermek amacıyla gayrimenkul geliştirme projeleri ortaya çıkmaktadır. İnşaat sektörü ülkemizde önemli bir yatırım aracı haline gelmiştir. Yurtiçi ve yurtdışı yatırımcılar içinTürkiye iyi bir pazar niteliğindedir. Günümüzde pek çok farklı inşaat projeleri geliştirilmeye devam etmektedir. Yapılan inşaat projelerinde uyulması gereken süreçler ise projelerin başarısında temel göstergedir. Süreçlerin doğru belirlenmesi ve uygulanması en verimli projelerin oluşmasını sağlayacaktır.

Due to population growth and difficult life conditions, people's demands on housing and working environment have also changed. Real estate development projects were ensued in order to respond to these demands in the most correct way. The construction sector has become an important investment instrument in our country. Turkey is a good market for domestic and foreign investors. Today, many different construction projects continue to be developed. The processes to be followed in the construction projects are a key indicator of the success of the projects. Identification and implementation of the best practise of processes will ensure the develop most efficient projects.
