İşletmelerde iç kontrol etkinliğinin sağlanmasının bağımsız denetimdeki rolü ve örnek uygulama

Abstract

Günümüzde hızla değişen gelişen ekonomik ve sosyal gelişmelerin bir sonucu olarak, belirli bir büyüklüğü ulaşmış olan işletmelerde iç kontrol sistemi kaçınılmaz bir hale gelmiştir. İç kontrol sistemi, işletme yöneticileri için önemli olduğu kadar, bağımsız denetimde de oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptir. Genel kabul görmüş denetim standartlarından ikincisi olan çalışma alanı standartlarına göre, bağımsız denetçiler, denetimin planlanması aşamasında, denetim çalışmasının kapsamı, uygulanacak testleri belirlemek amacıyla müşteri firmanın iç kontrol yapısını incelemelidir. Nowadays Internal Control System in businesses which have reached a certain scale has become inevitable in consequence of rapidly changing and improving economic and social developements.Internal Control System is not only important to business managers but it also has an important place in independent external auditing. In reference to workspace standards ,which is the second of generally accepted auditing standards,in due course of audit planning, independent auditors must analyze the internal control structure of the client company in order to specify the audit scope and applicable tests. The purpose of which is to emphasize the importantance of an active internal control system in businesses in the process of independent auditing. Key Words : Audit, Internal Audit, Independent Audit
