Dünya Ticaret Örgütü DOHA görüşmeleri

Abstract

Bu tez DTÖ Doha müzakere sürecini, süreçte oluşan tıkanıklıkları, tıkanıklarının aşılması yolunda yapılan çalışmaları incelemektedir. Doha turu öncesinde, sürecinde ve sonrasında turu tamamlama amaçlı gerçekleştirilen anlaşmalara yer verilecektir.Çalışma 4 ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde dünya ticaretinin düzenlenmesinde etkili kurumlar ve anlaşmalardan bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, DTÖ kurulduktan sonra gerçekleşen müzakereler,Doha turu öncesi ve Doha turu detaylı olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde Doha gündeminde müzakere’de yer almamış konulara değinilerek raundun genel bir değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde Doha turunun sonlandırılması amaçlı gerçekleştirilen müzakerelerde alınan kararlar incelenerek,raundun etkilerinden ve yarattığı sonuçlardan bahsedilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde çalışmada ulaşılan bulgulara değinilmektedir.Doha turu’nun yarıda kesilmeyerek ,devam etmesi bile başarı olacaktır. Aksi takdirde çok taraflılığa olan güven sarsılacaktır. Dünya ticaretinde AGÜ’lerin rolü gittikçe azalacak ve güçlü ülkeler söz sahibi olacaktır

This thesis analyses of WTO Doha negotiation process, the blockages in this process, the studies of how to exceed from these blockages before, continous and after for then held to finalize the tour. The work include has main four chapter. On the first chapter, it mentions the efficient in stations and the negotiations of the world trade regulation. On the second chapter, the negotiations has been analysis after WTO has established and evaluates Doha round and before in detail. On the third chapter ,it has been touch upon on the subjects that are not included on the Doha negotiations, you will find the over all view of the negotiation. On the fourth chapter, all the negotiations and the decions has been examined, and it mentions the effects and the conclusion of the Doha tour. In the results of section findings important achieved in study. The last section is the conclusion. The continuity of the tour of Doha is already a success. Otherwise, it would shake confidence in multilateralism. The role of LDCs in world trade will be reduced gradually and powerful countries will have their say.
