Abstract

OLAY ZAMANI ANALİZİNDE TESADÜFİ ETKİLER POİSSON REGRESYON MODELİ İLE GÖZLEMLENEMEYEN HETEROJENLİĞİN İNCELENMESİ Olay zamanı analizi içerdiği değişken yapısı ve verilerdeki kesme ve durdurma özelliklerini kapsamasından dolayı son yıllarda tercih edilen bir analiz türü olmuştur. Bazı açıklayıcı değişkenlerin modelde yer almaması, modelde yer alan değişkenlerin doğru ölçülememesi ve örneklem birimleri arasındaki tesadüfi farklılaşmalar gibi pek çok nedenden ortaya çıkabilen gözlemlenemeyen heterojenlik, tesadüfi etki ve sabit etki yöntemleri ile kontrol altında tutulabilir. Bu çalışmada, yöneticilerin organizasyonla olan bağlarının sonlanmasında tesadüfi etkiler poisson regresyon modeli kullanılarak gözlemlenemeyen heterojenlik kontrol altında tutulmaya çalışılmıştır.

AN EXAMİNATİON OF RANDOM EFFECT POİSSON REGRESSİON MODEL IN EVENT HİSTORY ANALYSİS WİTH UNOBSERVED HETEROGENEİTY Event history analysis has become a preferred analysis type, the recent years as it includes a variable structure and features of truncating and censoring data. Unobserved heterogeneity that might occur due to several reasons such as non existence of some explanatory in the model, incorrect measurement of variables in the model and random differentiations among sample units, can be kept under control by random effect and fixed effect methods. In this study, unobserved heterogeneity has been attempted to be kept under control by applying random effect poisson regression model in the finishing the ties between managers and organizations.
