Publication: Büyük Akgöl (Sakarya) gölü alglerinin taksonomik ve ekolojik yönden incelenmesi
Abstract
BÜYÜK AKGÖL ( SAKARYA) GÖLÜ ALGLERİNİN TAKSONOMİK VE EKOLOJİK YÖNDEN İNCELENMESİ Algolojik kompozisyon ve bazı su kalitesi parametreleri, Sakarya ilinde yer alan Büyük Akgöl Gölünde ve kanallarında seçilen toplam 9 araştırma istasyonlarında, Mayıs 2003-Nisan 2004 tarihleri arasında incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, istasyonların ortalama su sıcaklığı 16.5oC (minumum 0oC- maksimum 27 oC ) ve pH 7 ( minimum 7- maksimum 8.5) olarak tespit edilmiştir. İstasyonlarda yayılış gösteren fitoplanktonik, epilitik ve epipelik alg taksonları, bu taksonların aylık, mevsimsel ve yıllık kompozisyonları, yoğunlukları ve değişimleri incelenmiş olup gölün algal florasında Bacillariopyta'ya ait 13, Chlorophyta'ya ait 14, Cyanophyta'ya ait 11, Chrysophyta'ya ait 2, Dinopyta'ya ait 4 ve Euglenophyta'ya ait 9 olmak üzere toplam 53 takson tespit edilmiştir. En bol bulunan taksonların Anabaena circinalis (Rab.), Anabaena affinis (Lemm.) , Anabaena spiroides (Lemm.) ve Microcystis viridis ( A.Br.) Lemm. olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kanallarda seçilen istasyonlarda da, Bacillariopyta'ya ait 30, Chlorophyta'ya ait 5, Cyanophyta'ya ait 5, Chrysophyta'ya ait 2 ve Euglenophyta'ya ait 2 olmak üzere toplam 44 takson tespit edilmiştir. Bu istasyonlarda da Anabaena circinalis, Anabaena affinis, Anabaena spiroides ve Microcystis viridis taksonların bol bulunduğu belirlenmiştir. Göl ve kanallarda seçilen istasyonların toplam algal florasında; Bacillariopyta'ya ait 34, Chlorophyta'ya ait 14, Cyanophyta'ya ait 11, Chrysophyta'ya ait 2, Dinopyta'ya ait 4 ve Euglenophyta'ya ait 9 olmak üzere toplam 74 takson tespit edilmiştir. Genel olarak Anabaena circinalis, Anabaena affinis , Anabaena spiroides ve Microcystis viridis taksonları en yaygın türlerdir. Bu taksonlardan, Euglena rostrifera L.P. Johson ve Microcystis viridis ( A.Br.) Lemm. Türkiye tatlısu alg florası için yeni kayıtlardır. Büyük Akgöl Gölü'nde araştırma boyunca Shannon Weaver Diversite İndeksi (H') ortalama 1.26 (minumum 0.29- maksimum1.97), trofik seviye değeri( C ) ortalama 18.5 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Gölün içerdiği algolojik yapı ve trofik seviye değerine( C ) göre, Büyük Akgöl Gölü'nün ileri derecede ötrofik olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Temmuz 2004 Pınar AKYÜZ
TAXONOMİCAL and ECOLOGİCAL INVESTIGATIONS OF ALGAES İN LAKE BÜYÜK AKGÖL (SAKARYA) Algolocigal composition and some parameters of water quality in Lake Büyük Akgöl and Channels that placed in vicinity of Sakarya between May 2003- April 2004 were investigated. In this study, average temperature of stations water were measured as 16.5 (minumum 0oC - maksimum 27oC) and pH 7 ( minimum 7- maksimum 8.5). Algae taxa such as phytoplanktonic, epilithic, epipelic in the searching stations; the compositions as monthly, as seasonally and during all of year; density and development of these were studied. In algolocigal flora of Lake Büyük Akgöl, 13 taxa belong to Bacillariopyta; 14 taxa belong to Chlorophyta; 11 taxa belong to Cyanophyta; 2 taxa belong to Chrysophyta; 4 taxa belong to Dinopyta; 9 taxa belong to Euglenophyta and totally 53 taxa were identified. In this lake, Anabaena circinalis (Rab.), Anabaena affinis (Lemm.) , Anabaena spiroides (Lemm.) and Microcystis viridis ( A.Br.) Lemm. were determined as the most dominant taxa. Also choosen stations in the researching channels, 30 taxa belong to Bacillariopyta; 5 taxa belong to Chlorophyta; 5 taxa belong to Cyanophyta; 2 taxa belong to Chrysophyta; 2 taxa belong to Euglenophyta and totally 44 taxa were identified. In this channels, Anabaena circinalis, Anabaena affinis , Anabaena spiroides and Microcystis viridis were determined as the most dominat taxa. In this study, ın both lake and channels totally algal flora; 34 taxa belong to Bacillariopyta; 14 taxa belong to Chlorophyta; 11 taxa belong to Cyanophyta; 2 taxa belong to Chrysophyta; 4 taxa belong to Dinopyta; 9 taxa belong to Euglenophyta and totally 74 taxa were identified.
