Abstract
MESLEKİ EĞİTİM KURUMLARINDA YÖNETİCİLERİN KURUMSAL BÜTÜNLÜĞÜ SAĞLAMADAKİ YETERLİĞİ Bu araştırmanın ana amacı Mesleki eğitim kurumlarında yöneticilerin kurumsal bütünlüğü sağlamadaki yeterliğinin belirlenmesine yöneliktir. Bu amaçla: öğretmenlerin, yöneticilerinin kurumsal bütünlüğü sağlamadaki yeterliğine ait davranışlarını algılama dereceleri ve bu algılama dereceleri arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunup bulunmadığı açısından cevap aranmış ve böylece Mesleki eğitim kurumlarında yöneticilerin kurumsal bütünlüğü sağlamadaki yeterliği araştırılmıştır. Bu araştırmada incelenen konuya ilişkin kaynaklar ve olgusal veriler ise dikkatle incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2010–2011 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında İstanbul İli sınırları içinde bulunan Endüstri Meslek Liseleri, Kız Meslek Liselerinde ve Ticaret Meslek Liselerinde görevli öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ölçekten yaralanılmış ve anketten elde edilen verilerin güvenirliği için yapılan istatistiksel incelemede SPSS programında iç tutarlıkları (Cronbach Alpha katsayıları) hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan grupların kişisel özellikleri ile ilgili verilerin çözümlenmesinde frekans ve yüzde hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Mesleki eğitim kurumlarında yöneticilerin kurumsal bütünlüğü sağlamadaki yeterliğinin belirlenmesi amacıyla deneklere yöneltilen 30 adet ifadede araştırmaya dahil edilen grubun görüş farklılıklarının test edilmesi için bağımsız grup T Testi ile Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) Testi uygulanmış ve sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda; 1. Öğretmenlerin; cinsiyet, yaş, branş, hizmet yılı, öğretim düzeyi, özel eğitim, kurum türü ve bulundukları okuldaki görev süreleri değişkenlerine göre ankette yer alan ifadelere verdikleri cevaplarda anlamlı düzeyde farklılık olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. 2. Endüstri meslek lisesi, kız meslek lisesi ve ticaret meslek lisesi öğretmenlerinin, Mesleki eğitim kurumlarında yöneticilerin kurumsal bütünlüğü sağlamadaki yeterliğini ölçmeye yönelik ifadelere verdikleri cevapların toplam aritmetik ortalamasının ise X= 2.14 “ Çoğu Zaman ” düzeyinde olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. COMPETENCE OF MANAGERS IN PROVIDING INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTIONS The main objective of this study is to determine the competence of managers in providing institutional integrity in Vocational training institutions. For such purpose, an answer has been sought from the point of perception levels of the teachers, in respect to the competence of their managers in providing institutional integrity, and as to whether or not there is a substantive difference between such perception levels, and thus, the competence of managers in providing institutional integrity in Vocational training institutions has been researched. The sources and factual data in relation to the analyzed subject in this research have been closely examined. Study group of research consists of the teachers in charge in Industrial Vocational High Schools, Girls’ Vocational Schools, and Trade Vocational High Schools, which are within the borders of Istanbul province, in the 2010-2011 Academic Years. Scanning method has been used in the research. For data collection, it has been benefited from the scale developed by the researcher, and internal consistencies (Cronbach Alpha coefficients) in SPSS program have been calculated in the statistical examination which is made for the reliability of data obtained from the survey. Frequency and percentage calculations have been carried out in resolution of the data on personal properties of the groups participated in the research. For testing diversities of opinion of the group included in the research, by means of 30 statements directed to test subjects in order to determine the competence of managers for providing institutional integrity in Vocational training institutions, T Test and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) Test have been applied to the independent group and the results have been evaluated. As a result of such analyses carried out; 1. It has been found that there are substantive differences in answers of the teachers to such statements included in the survey, according to variables such as teachers’ gender, age, and field of study, service duration, teaching level, and private education, type of institution and duration of attendance in the schools they work at present. 2. It has been obtained that the total arithmetic mean of the answers of teachers of Industrial Vocational High Schools, Girls’ Vocational Schools, and Trade Vocational High Schools, to such statements intended to measure the competence of managers for providing institutional integrity in Vocational training institutions, is at the level of X= 2.14 “ Mostly” Key Words: Institutional Integrity, Vocational Training, Manager.
