Abstract
ZEYTİNBURNU TIBBİ BİTKİLER BAHÇESİ ve MERKEZEFENDİ PARKININ KARŞILAŞTIRMALI POLİNİZASYON OLAYLARI ve ALERJİK POLENLERİN SAPTANMASI Aeropalinoloji havadaki polen ve sporların tanımını ve m3 havada veya cm2’lik yüzeydeki miktarının saatlik, günlük, haftalık ve aylık değişimlerini araştıran aerobiyolojinin alt dalıdır. Polenler, alerjisi olan insanlarda önemli alerjik etkiler oluşturmaktadır. Bu yüzden polenlerin hangi dönemde daha yoğun bir şekilde bulunduğu, konsantrasyonları ve tipleri alerjik hastalıklarla mücadelede önem kazanmıştır. Bu nedenler birçok bölgede polen haritaları oluşturulmaktadır. Yapılan tez çalışmasında gravimetrik yönteme uygun olarak Durham aleti kullanılarak Zeytinburnu Tıbbi Bitkiler Bahçesi ve Merkezefendi Parkı civarında atmosferde bulunan polenler yakalanmış ve bu polenlerin atmosferde bulunma zamanı ve yoğunluğu tespit edilmiştir. Polenlerin atmosferden yakalanması için polen tespit ve montaj maddesi olarak gliserin - jelatin kullanılmıştır. Yakalanan polenler, daha önce çevreden toplanıp Wodehouse yöntemiyle daimi preperat haline getirilen referans preperatları, temel kitaplar ve ilgili literatürlerle karşılaştırılıp, polenlerin hangi taksona ait olduğu belirlenmiştir. Polenlerin atmosferde bulunma yoğunlukları ile klimatik faktörler arasındaki ilişkinin anlaşılabilmesi için Meteoroloji Genel Müdürlüğü Bilgi İşlem Dairesi’nden alınan veriler kullanılmıştır. Bu klimatik faktörlerden özellikle rüzgar, yağış, sıcaklık ve nem miktarının polen tozlaşmasına etkisi değerlendirilmiştir. Ekim 2011- Eylül 2012 tarihleri arasında Zeytinburnu Tıbbı Bitkiler Bahçesinde 33 farklı taksona ait toplam 2262 adet polen tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen polenlerin 1651 tanesi (% 72,99) odunsu, 557 tanesi otsu (% 24,63) taksonlara aittir. 54 tanesi ise (% 2,39) tanımlanamamıştır. Aynı tarihler arasında Merkezefendi Parkı’nda 11 farklı taksona ait toplam 864 adet polen tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen polenlerin 810 tanesi (% 93,75) odunsu, 38 tanesi otsu (% 4,4) taksonlara aittir. 16 tanesi ise (% 1,85) tanımlanamamıştır. Çalışma alanlarımızda toplam 36 taksona ait 3126 adet polen tespit edilmiş, bu polenlerin 2461 tanesi (%78,73) odunsu, 595 tanesi (%19,03) otsu taksonlara aittir. Bu bölgede baskın olan familyalar Pinaceae, Cupressaceae, Plantiganaceae, Fabaceae, Asteraceae, Malvaceae, ve Rosaceae olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bölgesinde bütün yıl boyunca tespit edilen polen taneleri maksimum seviyelerine Mayıs ayında minimum seviyelerine ise Ocak ayında ulaşmıştır.
THE DETERMINATION OF ALLERGENIC POLLENS and RECIPROCALLY THE CASES OF POLLINATION OF THE ZEYTINBURNU GARDEN OF MEDICINAL PLANTS and MERKEZEFENDİ PARK Aeropalinology, is the sub-branch of aerobiology, which is examining the identification of pollens and spore in the air and their amounts of hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly changes in m3 on air and cm2 on surface. Pollens can be cause of important allergic effect on persons who has allergy. So, this is very important to know which period has more polen intensity, their consantrations and the pollen types for fight against allergic diseases, therefore pollen maps are prepared in many regions. In this study, the Durham apparatus is placed in Zeytinburnu Garden of Medicinal Plants and Merkezefendi Park, appropriate to the gravimetric method, the pollens on the atmosphere are caught and pollen density has been found out. Glycerine gelatin is used to catch the pollens from the atmosphere as polen fixing and montage material. The pollens taxons are identified, by the help of references, previous preperations,books and studies. The data taken from Meteorology General Management Data Processing Department has been used to understand the relationship between the density of pollens existing in atmosphere and climatic factors. Especially wind, rain, heat and humidity amounts from these climatic factors upon pollination have been evaluated. It has been identified 2262 pollens from 33 different taxa in Zeytinburnu, Garden of Medicinal Plants between October 2011 – September 2012. 1651 (% 72,99) of the identified pollen are ligneous, 557 (% 24,63) of them are herbaceous pollens, 54 (% 2,39) of them are unidentified.
