Tez Adı: BİLİŞİM SİSTEMLERİNİN ÖRGÜT YAPISINA ETKİSİ (ÇERKEZKÖY ORGANİZE SANAYİ BÖLGESİ’NDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA) ÖZET Örgütlerin anlaşılmasında örgüt yapısının nasıl olduğu ve nasıl olması gerektiği oldukça önemli bir konudur. Yapının hangi unsurları ne yönde etkilediği, hangi unsur ya da unsurlardan etkilendiği, bu zamana kadar yapılan birçok yerli ve yabancı araştırmada farklı şekillerde ve farklı ilişkiler çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Benzer şekilde bilgisayarların, bilişim teknolojilerinin örgütte yapısal değişikliklere sebebiyet verip vermediği de üzerinde ısrarla durulan konulardan biridir. İş örgütleri açısından bilişim sistemleri, bilişim teknolojilerinin görünen yüzü gibidirler. Örgütlerde bilgisayar ve iletişim teknolojilerinden söz edildiğinde en çok bilinen ve kullanılan sistemler, bilişim sistemleridir. Çerkezköy Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, bilişim teknolojileri – örgüt yapısı ilişkisinden hareketle, daha özel bir durumu açıklamak adına, bilişim sistemlerinin, örgüt yapısının boyutları olan merkezileşme, biçimselleşme ve karmaşıklık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi anlamaya yöneliktir. The elements that the organization structure affects and the elements that are affected by the organization structure have been the subject of much domestic and foreign research through different relations and in different ways, so far. In this regard, the subject on which we keep the emphasis is the structural changes on organizations done by the computers and information technologies. Information systems are regarded as the visible side of information technologies for business organizations. Considering the computer and communication technologies in organizations, the systems which are the most common and have widespread use are the information systems. The ultimate goal of this research project, conducted in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Territory, is basically, considering the relations between organization structure and information technologies, to understand the relations between centralization, formalization and complexity levels which are the dimensions of organization structure of information systems to define more special situation.
