Şükrullah El-Amasyavî’nin Kitâbu Behçeti’t-Tevârîh’inin Mustafa El-Fârisî çevirisi

Abstract

Çalışmamın konusu Şükrullah el-Amasyavî’nin 15. yy. da Farsça olarak yazdığı Kitâbû Behçeti’t-Tevârih eserinin, Mustafa el-Fârisî tarafından dönemin hükümdarı Kanuni Sultan Süleyman ve dönemin Sadrazamı Frenk Damat Makbûl ve Maktûl İbrâhîm Paşa’ya sunulmak üzere yazılan Mahbûbu’l-Kulûbi’l-Ârifȋn adıyla yaptığı Osmanlı Türkçesine çevirisidir. Eserin Beyazıt nüshası 275b-303a varakları arası çalışıldı. Giriş bölümünde Osmanlı dönemi tarih yazıcılığı, eserin müellifi ve Kitâbû Behçeti’t-Tevârih hakkında bilgi verildi. Daha sonra tezin kapsamı ve hazırlanış yöntemi üzerinde duruldu. Metindeki ünlü-ünsüz seslerin yazımı ve şekil bilgisi örneklerle gösterildi. Metnin Latin harfleriyle transkripsiyonu yapıldı. İlgili sayfalar sadeleştirilerek günümüz Türkçesini çevrildi ve dizini hazırlandı. Kişi adları, yer adları ve Arapça ibareler için ayrı dizinler hazırlandı. Son bölümde eserin tıpkıbasımı verildi.

The subject of my study is translation of the book called “Kitabü Behçeti’t Tevarih” - original written by Şükrullah el-Amasyavi , in 15 th century, in persian language – to ottoman turkish by Mustafa el-Farisi, titled “Mahbûbu'l-Kulûbi'l- 'Ârifîn to be presented to Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent and his grand visier Frenk Damat Makbul İbrahim Pasha.Pages 275b to 303a of the text were studied in this Master thesis, based on the copy available in Beyazıt Library.Introduction contains the information about the subject book “Kitabü Behçeti’t Tevarih”, its writer and history writing in Ottoman Empire. Then the content and the work method of the thesis were explained. The writing and shaping the vowel and consonant letters in the text were explained by examples. The latin transcription of the text was done. The relative pages were translated to modern Turkish, and a directory was prepared. Seperate directories were prepared for the names of persons, places and arabic expressions in the text. At the end, the original copy of the text is presented.
