Maduniyet ve sağlık iletişimi bağlamında Suriyeli mülteci kadın olmak : Bursa örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma madun kavramı üzerinden Türkiye’deki Suriyeli mülteci kadınların göç deneyimleri, mültecilik ve sağlık iletişimi bağlamındaki konumlarını tartışmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, mülteci olmanın yarattığı olumsuz koşulları kadınların daha katmanlı ve derin yaşadığını, göç süreçlerinde ve sağlık hizmeti sunucuları ile kurdukları ilişkide açığa çıkarmaktır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın kavramsal çerçevesi, -sesini duyurmak için gerekli araçlara ve alana sahip olmayan, hiçbir yerde sesi çık(a)mayan ve duyul(a)mayan anlamlarını verdiği için- madun kavramı ile oluşturulmuştur. Bu kapsamda çalışma; Suriyeli mülteci kadınların göç süreçlerinde yaşadıkları deneyimleri, mültecilik durumundan nasıl etkilendiklerini, “geçici koruma” statülerinin yaşamlarındaki etkilerini ve sağlık hizmeti sunucuları ile kurdukları iletişimi ele almıştır. Çalışmada, Suriyeli kadın mültecilerin içinde, cinsiyetin yanında etnisite, kimlik, yoksulluk nedeniyle uğranan ayrımcılığın farklılaşması, “geçici koruma” statüsü ile yabancı bir ülke himayesinde yaşamak ve kadın olmanın yarattığı dışlanma deneyimleri, postkolonyal feminist çalışma olan “Madun Konuşabilir Mi?” bağlamında değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışmada ayrıca, göçle birlikte ortaya çıkan eşitsizlik, dışlanma, yoksulluk halleri, küreselleşme kavramından faydalanarak değerlendirilmeye tabi tutulmuştur.Bu çalışma, Bursa’da Yıldırım İlçesinde 20 Suriyeli mülteci kadınla yaptığım görüşme bulguları ile Bursa Yıldırım İlçe Sağlık Müdürlüğündeki kendi bireysel tecrübelerimi temel alıyor.

This study discusses the position of Syrian Refugee Women in Turkey in the context of migration experiences, Refugee Women's being refugees and their health communication through the concept of Subordinate. The goal of this study is to reveal the relations established by the women with health service providers and in refugee locations during migration processes, where women severely and significantly experienced the negative conditions resulting from being a refugee. In this regard, the concept of the study is constructed around the term Subordinate since it refers to meanings such as those, who do not have the necessary means and tools to be heard, those, who do not/ cannot yell out, and those, who are not/ cannot be heard wherever they need it, In this context, the study shall address the experiences of Syrian Refugee Women during migration processes, how they were affected by the cause of being a refugee, the effects of Temporary Protection Status on their lives and the communication they establish with health care providers. In the study, the evolution of discriminations among Syrian Refugee Women in terms of ethnicity, identity, poverty and also gender, in addition, their ostracization experiences due to being a woman and due to living in a foreign country under the roof of a Temporary Protection Status are assessed in parallel with a Post-Colonial Feminist Study titled Can Subordinate speak out?. In the study, inequality, ostracization and poverty that arise as a result of migration were assessed by using the concept of globalization. This study is based on the findings obtained through my interviews with 20 Syrian Refugee Women in Yildirim District in Bursa and my individual experiences in Bursa Yildirim District Health Directorate.
