Türk romanında değişen coğrafya (1923-1945)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada (1923-1945) yılları arası Türk romanı edebiyat coğrafyasının değişimi açısından incelendi. Çalışmanın amacı ilk dönem romanlarından farklı olarak romanda edebiyat coğrafyasının merkez olan İstanbul’dan başta Anadolu olmak üzere geniş bir coğrafyaya yayılım gösterdiğini ortaya koymaktır. Tezin bölüm başlıkları şöyledir. 1. Yazar, Eser, Mekân, 2. Türk Romanında Değişen Coğrafya (1923-1945) Birinci bölümde yazarların mekân seçimlerini etkileyen faktörlerle teorik alt yapı oluşturuldu. İkinci bölümde (1923-1945) yılları arasındaki değişimi daha iyi kavrayabilmek için (1870-1923) döneminde yazılmış romanlar mekân seçimlerini etkileyen faktörlerle birlikte incelendi. (1923-1945) yılları arasında basılmış romanlar, mekân seçimlerini etkileyen faktörlerle birlikte “İstanbul”, “Anadolu”, “Avrupa ve Diğer Ülkeler” başlıkları altında incelenerek mekânsal dağılım ortaya kondu. Her yazarın coğrafya ve mekânı nasıl işlediği konusunda ayrıntılı tespitlerde bulunuldu. İncelemenin sonunda değişen edebiyat coğrafyasıyla birlikte ana merkezin yine İstanbul olduğu belirlendi. İstanbul içinde belirgin değişimlerin yaşandığı tespit edildi. Bununla birlikte Cumhuriyet döneminin ve Milli Mücadele’nin etkisiyle Türk romanının İstanbul’un sınırları dışına çıkarak Anadolu’dan yurt dışına çok geniş bir coğrafyaya yayıldığı sonucuna varıldı. romanı, değişen coğrafya, edebiyat coğrafyası

In this project, the changes of literature geography in Turkish novel between the period 1923-1945 was checked. The first aim of this project is to put out the spreading of literature geography to a very large area especially Anatolia. The headings of this Project are as following; 1. “Writer”, “Work”, “Place” 2. The Changes of Geography in Turkish Novel (1923-1945) In the first part, a structure has been built up by the factors which effect the choices of the places. In the second part, the places of the novels (1870-1923) were examined in details for understanding the changing geography literature of the period (1923-1945). Besides, in this part, novels published between (1923-1945) were examined with the factors of the choises of the places. For this period, the main categories of the places has been mentioned as İstanbul, Anatolia and other European Countries. Finally, it is determined how the writers work about geography and places in their novels. It is defined that main centre of changing literature geography is Istanbul and there are several certain modifications in itself. Then, it is concluded that the Turkish novel has been spreaded outside of İstanbul like Anatolia and abroad because of the Republician Era and The Indepence War.
