Rol Oynama ile Desteklenmiş Hikâyelerin Öğrencilerin Küresel Isınma Konusundaki Bilgi, Algı ve Görüşleri Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada rol oynama tekniğine entegre edilen hikayelerin 7. Sınıfta okumakta olan öğrencilerin küresel ısınma hakkındaki bilgi, algı ve görüşleri üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma karma araştırma deseninde olup; araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Gaziantep Nizip ilçesindeki bir ortaokulda okuyan 34 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada küresel ısınma hakkındaki bilgi, algı ve görüşlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla “Küresel Isınmaya Yönelik Bilgi Belirleme Ölçeği”, “Küresel Isınmaya Yönelik Algı - Görüş Belirleme Ölçeği”, ile “Küresel Isınma Anket Formu” kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada nicel verilerin desteklenebilmesi amacıyla süreç içerisinde toplanan öğrenme günlükleri de veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadaki nicel veriler SPSS programıyla değerlendirilirken; nitel veri seti içerik analiziyle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları gerçekleştirilen uygulamanın öğrencilerin küresel ısınma hakkındaki bilgilerinin ve algılarının arttığını göstermektedir. Araştırmada öğrencilerden elde edilen sonuçlar cinsiyete göre de karşılaştırılmış ancak öğrencilerin küresel ısınma hakkındaki bilgileri, algıları ve görüşlerinde cinsiyet faktörü bağlamında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. 7 Of the stories integrated into role-playing technique in this research. It is aimed to examine the effect of students studying in the classroom on their perception, knowledge, opinions which is about global warming. The research is in a mixed research design; The study group of the research consist of 34 students studying at a secondary school in Nizip district of Gaziantep. In the research, “Information Determination Scale for Global Warming”, “Perception and Opinion Determination Scale for Global Warming”, and “Global Warming Questionnaire” were used. In addition, learning diaries collected during the process were used as a data collection tool in order to support quantitative data in the research. While quantitative data evaluated by SPSS package program; qualitative data were evaluated by content analysis. According to the results obtained from the research, it has been determined that the application performed increases the students' knowledge and perceptions towards personal heating. In the research, the results obtained from the students were also compared according to gender, but it was found that there was no significant difference in the knowledge, perception and opinions of the students regarding global warming due to the gender factor.
