Günümüzde işletmelerin varlığını sürdürebilmesi ve rekabet edebilmesi için, değişken talepleri karşılayabilmesi ve hızla değişen piyasa koşullarına ayak uydurabilmesi gerekir. Bu da iyi bir üretim yönetimi ile mümkündür. Üretim yönetimi açısından kapasite planlama oldukça önemlidir. Çünkü tüm işletme planlamaları kapasite kararları çerçevesinde yer alır. Mobilya sektörü gelişmekte olan bir sektör olmasının yanı sıra çeşitli sorunları da bünyesinde barındırır. Bunlardan biride kapasite kullanımıdır. Kapasite planlamanın optimizasyonu ile bu sorun çözülebilir. Simülasyon tekniği, darboğaz analizi ve süreç optimizasyonu için kullanılabilecek iyi bir yöntemdir. Sistem Rockwell Arena Simulation modellenerek analizi yapılabilir ve sisteme alternatif modellerinin öngörümü sağlanabilir. Nowadays if firms want to continue one's existence and make compatition the other firms, they will be provide unsteady demands and keep up with the changing market conditions. It will be possible thanks to the well production methods. Capacity planning is very important in terms of the manifacturing management. Because capacity planning include all business planing. Furniture sector is in progress but it has some problems like as capacity. But this capacity problem can be solved by optimization of capacity planning. Simulation method is a useful technique to bottleneck analize and process optimization. Systems can be modelling and compare this simulation model with alternative models by Rockwell Arena Simulation modelling software.
