Publication: PP/PA6 polimer karışımının mekanik ve ısıl özelliklerine SEBS kopolimerinin etkisinin incelenmesi
Abstract
Bu çalışmada birbiriyle uyuşmayan PP ile PA6 karışımına uygun bir uyumluluk ajanı karıştırılarak uyuşabilir hale getirilmesi sağlandı. Bu uyumluluk maddesi % 10 oranında kullanıldı. Karıştırma çift vidalı eksturuderde yapıldı. Karışımın uyumluluğu DSC çalışmasıyla belirlendi. Daha sonra bu beş farklı oranda karıştırılan PP/PA6/SEBS polimer alaşımının çekme ve akma mukavemetleri, elastiklik modülü, % uzama değerleri, ergime akış indeksi, izod darbe enerjisi, sertlik değerleri gibi mekanik değerleri belirlendi.
In this study, an incompatible blend of PP and PA6 has been made compatible by the addition of 10% SEBS. The mixing operation was conducted by using a twin-screw extruder. The compatibility of the mixtures was examined by using DSC technigue. Furthermore, the elastic modulus, tensile and yield strengths, percent elongation, hardness, melt flow index, izod impact energy values of the polymer alloys of various ratios were determined.
