Publication: Yene deresi (Balkaya-Kırklareli) üzerinde bulunan su ürünleri işletmelerinin ekonomik analizi
Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Kırklareli – Balkaya Yene Deresi üzerinde faaliyet gösteren alabalık işletmelerinin ekonomik analizi yapılmıştır. Aktif sermaye yapısı içerisinde en büyük sermaye grubunu havuz varlığı (% 24.90-39.55) ve balık varlığı (% 26.77-39.31), ikinci sırada bina varlığı (% 11.27-15.10) ve alet-makine varlığı (% 8.26-13.60) meydana getirmektedir. Birim havuz alanına en fazla brüt hasıla A1 işletmesinde (114.47 YTL/m2) elde edilmiştir. Alabalık üretim maliyeti en düşük A2 (2.51 YTL/kg), en yüksek A3 (3.60 YTL/kg); net kar’ı en yüksek A2 (62.27 YTL), en düşük A1 (32.43 YTL); sermaye devir oranı en yüksek A2 (% 58.72 ve 1.7 yıl), en düşük A3 (% 51.05 ve 1.96 yıl); rantabilitesi en yüksek A2 (% 29.25), en düşük A3 (% 14.29) işletmelerinde hesaplanmıştır. İşletmeler 18-30 ton/yıl kapasiteli aile tipi işletme özelliğine sahiptir. Toplam fiili kapasite 73 ton/yıl olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu işletmelerdeki havuzların ortalama hasat yoğunluğu 21.19 kg/m3 olarak saptanmıştır. Balıkların ortalama yaşama oranı % 40, yem dönüşüm oranı ise 1.25 olarak belirlenmiştir.
In this study, The Economic Analysis of Trout Enterprises on Yene Stream in Balkaya-Kırklareli Region has been investigated. The greatest portion of active capital were ponds (24.90- 39.55 %) and fish (26.77-39.31 %), secondly building (11.27-15.10 %) and tools-machines (8.26-13.60 %). The most gross outcome of per unit pond area was in enterprise A1 (114.47 YTL/m2). Trout production cost has been calculated as the lowest in enterprise A2, the highest in enterprise A3; the highest net profit in enterpriseA2, the lowest in enterprise A1; the highest capital turn ratio in enterprise A2, the lowest in enterprise A3; the highest profitability in enterprise A2, the lowest in enterprise A3. All of the enterprises were small-scale “family-run” establishments, having a capacity between 18-30 tons per year. The total productions of all the enterprises were estimated 73 tons/year. Harvesting density of the ponds in these farms was found to be 21.19 kg/m3. Average survival ratio in these farms was 40%. Feed conversion ratio was computed 1.25.
