Abstract
Tiyosemikarbazon yapısındaki bileşiklerden hareketle yeni 1,3-tiyazol ve 1,3,4-tiyadiazol halkası taşıyan bileşiklerin sentezlenmesi, saflıklarının kanıtlanması, yapılarının aydınlatılması ve çeşitli kanser hücrelerine karşı antikanser etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
It was aimed to synthesize new 1,3-thiazole and 1,3,4-thiadiazole-containing compounds, to prove their purity, to elucidate their structures and to determine their anticancer effects against various cancer cells, starting from the compounds in the thiosemicarbazone structure.
