Abstract

Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama, ERP, ERP Uygulama Döngüsü ÖZET PERAKENDE SEKTÖRÜNDE KURUMSAL KAYNAK PLANLAMA UYGULAMASI Bu çalışmada, kurumların tüm iş süreçlerini bilgi teknolojileri sayesinde ortak bir platformda bir araya getiren ve modüler bir yapıya sahip olan Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama (ERP) sistemlerinin perakende sektöründe uygulanması incelenmiştir. Yakın geçmişte ortaya çıkan ERP sistemlerinin gelişim süreci ve teknik özellikleri hakkında verilen detaylı bilgilerin yanı sıra; kurumların, ERP sistemlerine neden ihtiyaç duydukları ve bu ihtiyaçları karşılayabilecek en uygun ERP yazılım paketinin seçim süreci, kurulum ve uygulama aşamalarında izlemeleri gereken tüm adımlar verilmiştir. Ayrıca, perakende sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletme incelenmiş ve bu işletmede kullanılan bazı ERP modüllerinin uygulama sürecinde izlenen işlemleri detaylı olarak anlatılmıştır. THE APPLICATION OF ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING FOR THE RETAILING SECTOR Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems with their modular structure have assembled all business processes of the corporations on a common platform via information technologies. In this study the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for retailing sector has been analyzed. The detailed information about the development process and technical features of ERP systems, which emerged in recent years; and besides information about why corporations need ERP systems, the steps that have to be followed during the selection process of the most appropriate ERP software package, the installation and application of the systems has been given. In addition, a corporation in the retailing sector and detailed analysis of the application process of some ERP modules that are used in this corporation has been looked over.
