Muhasebe bilgi sisteminde satışlar veri tabanının incelenmesi ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Son yıllarda hızla değişen ortamında, ihtiyaç duyulan bilgiye güvenli, hızlı ve kolay bir şekilde ulaşabilmek büyük önem taşımaktadır. İşletmelerin stoklardaki ürün çeşitlerini ve satışları takip edebilmek için bilgisayar sistemlerine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Stok ve satışların detaylı takibi, ürünlere barkod verilmesi sayesinde stok, sipariş, sevkiyat işlemlerinin etkin bir biçimde takip edilerek siparişlerin kısa sürede alınması sağlanır. Bütün işlemleri muhasebe bilgi sistemi sayesinde fazla insan gücüne kalmadan halledilmektedir. Çalışma beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde, bilgi sistemi tanımı verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, muhasebe bilgi sisteminin gelişimi ve yapısı, bütünleşik bilgi sistemi olarak muhasebe bilgi sistemi ve alt sistemleri açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, veri tabanı tanımı ve önemi ele alınarak açıklanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde satışlar veri tabanının incelenmesi yer almıştır ve son beşinci bölümde konuya ilişkin örnek uygulama incelenmiştir. In recent years rapidly changing environment, we needed a quick and easy way to acces secure information, it is of great importance. Computer systems are needed to track product range and sales of inventory. Detailed tracking of inventory and sales, giving to the products barcode inventory, orders, shipping operations effectively in a short time the receipt of orders is provided. All transactions through the accounting infotmation system is handled without more manpower. This study contains five chapters. The first chapter explains common determination of the information system. İn the second chapter, the structure and development of accounting information system, accounting information system as integrated information system and sub-systems are explained. The third chapter examines the concept and importance of database system . The fourth chapter examines sale database and in the last chapter was explored the sampe application.
