Publication: Müfettiş Davut Boriçi'nin günlüğünde (1870-1877 eğitim) İşkodra Vilayeti'nde eğitim
Abstract
Kültürel birikimin oluşmasında en büyük rollerden birini, o toplumun âlimleri üstlenirler. “Müfettiş Davud Boriçi’nin Günlüğünde (1870-1877 Eğitim) İşkodra Vilayeti’nde Eğitim” isimli tezimiz, böyle bir âlimi konu edinmiştir. Bu tezimiz, Davud Boriçi’nin hayatı ve günlüğü ile ilgili tespit ve değerlendirmelerimizi içermektedir. Tezimiz giriş, üç bölüm, sonuç ve eklerden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde İşkodra’nın tarihçesi hakkında detaylı bilgiler verilmiştir. Üç kısımdan oluşan birinci bölümde, Davud Şükrü Efendi’nin hayatı ve eserleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde Tanzimat devrinde eğitim, merkez ve vilâyet eğitim teşkilatına etki eden hususlar tespit edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Davud Efendi’nin günlüğüne göre dönemindeki mektepler, öğretmenler ve kitapları tespit edilerek ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Ardından Boriçi'nin Günlüğü'nün tamamının yeni Türk harflerine çevirdiğimiz kısım gelmektedir. Okuyucuların gerektiğinde metnin orijinali ile karşılaştırma yapabilmelerini sağlamak maksadıyla, orijinal metin hemen bu kısmın devamına konmuştur. Son olarak tezimiz Günlük'te ortaya konulan hususların belirtildiği bir sonuçla tamamlanmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmamızın daha iyi anlaşılması için Davud Boriçi ile ve o dönemle ilgili bazı resimler ve belgeler de ek olarak sunulmuştur. One of the most important role in the formation of cultural background all that Society’s Scholars undertake. “Inspector Davud Boric’s dairy ( 1870-1877 training) county in shkodra education” Our thesis called has adopted such a scholar issues. This thesis, Our daily life and about Davud Boric’s detection and evaluation includes the developement. In our thesis introduction, three parts, consist of results and appendices. The introduction has been given detailed information about the history of Shkodra. Consisting of three parts in the first chapter, Davud’s life and work of sukru are emphasized. Reforms in the second part in the training cycle, affecting the central and county educational organization matters were identified. In the third section, according to Davud’s day during school, teachers and books can be detected to exposement. Then the new Turkish letters converts the entire Boric’s daily part. The original text with the readers need so that they can comparise their purposes, the original text was immediately put in some more placed. Finally, Our thesis about mid-day in clarifying the issues to a particular result has been completed. Also for better understanding of our work Davud Boric with his period of some pictures, and related documents are presented in addition.
