Proje bazlı çalışan işletmelerde yönetim ve telekomünikasyon sektöründe bir uygulama

Abstract

Proje Bazlı Çalışan İşletmelerde Yönetim ve Telekomünikasyon Sektöründe Bir Uygulama adlı tezin amacı günümüzün popüler yönetim tekniklerinden olan proje yönetiminin etkin bir şekilde uygulanması için gerekli olan yöntem ve araçların ele alınmasıdır. Genel olarak proje yönetiminde proje entagrasyon yönetimi, proje içerik yönetimi, proje zaman yönetimi, proje maliyet yönetimi, proje kalite yönetimi, proje insan kaynakları yönetimi, proje haberleşme yönetimi, proje risk yönetimi ve proje satınalma yönetimi kısımları yer almaktadır. Projenin başarılı bir şekilde yönetilebilmesi için tüm bu faaliyetlerin birbirleri ile uyum içinde yürütülmesi gerekmektedir. Herhangi bir parçanın tam olarak uygulanmaması halinde projenin başarısı sekteye uğrayacaktır. Tez çalışmasının uygulaması, telekomünikasyon sektöründe proje bazlı çalışmakta olan İRİS TELEKOMÜNİKASYON VE MÜHENDİSLİK HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. de yapılmıştır. Firmanın farklı projelerde çalışan otuzbeş personeline anket yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Sonuçta işletmenin proje yönetimi tekniklerini etkin bir şekilde uygulamadığı görülmüştür. İşletmede haberleşme, proje kapsamı belirlenmesi ve zaman planlarının yapılması faaliyetlerinde eksiklere rastlanmaktadır. Uygulama sonucunda ortaya çıkan bu durumun düzeltilebilmesi için öncelikli olarak etkin bir haberleşme sistemi kurulması, proje içeriğinin iyi bir şekilde belirlenmesi ve bu içerikte yer alan faaliyetlerin zaman planlarının uygun şekilde yapılması gerekmektedir. The purpose of the thesis Management in Project Based Firms and An Application in Telecommunication Sector is to focus on technics and activities to carry on project management efficiently, which is told to be popular in todays management enviroment. In general project management consists of, project integration management, projec scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management, project human resource management, project communications management, project risk management and project procurement management. For managing a project successfully and satsify customers' and stakeholders' needs all these part must be integrated and carried out in an outstanding coordination. If one of those activities didn't appliedproperly than the whole project success will be in danger. The application of the thesis is performed in İRİS TELEKOMÜNİKASYON VE MÜHENDİSLİK HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. who works project based in telecommuniaction sector for a variety of customers in many countries. The application method was questionnaire which was answered by thirty-five engineers of the firm who are working for different projects. After the evaluation of the answers, it seems that the firms cannot manage its projects according to proper project management activities. There are some problems in communication within the organization, project scope definition and time planning processes. To correct these problems first of all an effective communication plan must be developed and applied than the project scope must be defined entirely and all the activites involved in this plan must also applied to time management plan.
