Publication: İnsan davranışlarını yönlendirmede Kur’ an’ da ödüllendirme motivleri
Abstract
İkinci bölüm ise; motivasyon sürecinde ödül kavramı açısından Kur'ân'a bakışı içermektedir. Bu bağlamda Kur'ân'ın insanlara vadettiği ödüller maddî ve manevî iki başlıkta ele alınmış, örnek âyetlerle, hangi ödüllerin ve motivlerin hangi davranışlara yönlendirmede etkin olduğu ve ortaya çıkan motivasyon süreci tesbit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu esnada yer yer birinci bölümde geçen kavramlara atıfta bulunulmuş, motivasyon teorileriyle de mukayeseler yapılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde, ikinci bölümde tesbit edip ele aldığımız hususlar kkate alınarak değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuş, vardığımız sonuçlar ortaya koyulmuştur.

The second part ciomprises the look to the Koran from point of view of reward concept in the motivational process. In that context, the rewards that the Koran promises to the people are dealed with under two title as the material rewards and the moral rewards. With the some verses of the Koran, which rewards and motives are effective to direct towards people to which behaviours and the motivational process that appears are tried to be fixed. At that moment sometimes some attributions are made to the concepts in the first part and some comparisons are made with motivation theories.
