Abstract
Ney, Açkı, Ney Açkısı, Perde Analiz ÖZET NEY AÇKISININ TARİHİ VE TEKNİK GELİŞİMİ Geleneğin icra yapısı hakkında günümüze, sözlü kültürün ve yakın dönem ses kayıtlarının aktardıklarından başka bir bilgi ulaşamamıştır. Fakat tarihi neyler bu bilgileri gelenekten günümüze korumuş, perde oranlarını ve dolayısıyla ses sistemlerini üzerlerinde saklamışlardır. Böylece müzik teorisyenlerine, müzikologlara ve organologlara geniş bir çalışma sahası sunmuşlardır. Bu imkandan hareketle doktora çalışmamız 62 adet tarihi ney üzerindeki açkıların, 1718-1951 yılları arasındaki gelişimini konu almıştır. Bu çalışmada Topkapı Sarayı, Galata Mevlevihanesi Müzesi, Konya Mevlana Müzesi envanterleri ile özel arşivlerde yer alan tarihi neylerin perde oranları ve perde analizleri tedkik edilmiştir. TECHNICAL AND HISTORICAL PROGRESS OF THE NEY MAKING Regarding the patterns of tradition performing, any knowledge has reached the present day except for transmissions of oral history and recent period recordings. Yet, historical neys had conserved this knowledge from past to present, preserved the pitch rates and consequently sounds system on it. Since therefore they have provided broad working field to the music theorists, musicologists and organologists. From this point of view, our PhD thesis discusses the development of ney-making on the sixty-two historical neys in between 1718-1951. In this study, pitch rates and pitch analysis of the historical neys found in the inventories of Topkapı Palace, Museum of Galata Mevlevihanesi, Konya Mevlana Museum and private archives have been scrutinized. Özgeçmiş Ali Tan, 1981 yılında İstanbul’da doğdu. Lise öğreniminin ardından TRT İstanbul Radyosu Ney Sanatçısı Ahmed Şahin’den ney dersleri almaya başladı. 2000 yılında İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Türk Mûsikîsi Devlet Konservatuarı Temel Bilimler Bölümü”nü kazandı ve bölümde dört yıl süre ile Niyazi Sayın‘dan ney meşk etti. Bu süre zarfında Yrd. Doç. Cengiz Ünal’dan nazariyat ve Rahmi Sönmezocak‘ tan repertuar dersleri alan Ali Tan, 2004 yılında derece ile mezun oldu. 2004 yılında İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde Türk Müziği alanında Tezli yüksek lisans programını kazandı. 2008 yılında “Niyazi Sayın’ın Ney Tavrında Perde Pozisyonları” başlıklı ksek lisans derecesi alan Ali Tan, 2006 yılından beri İTÜ Türk Musikisi Devlet Konservatuarı’nda Araştırma Görevlisi olarak çalışmaktadır. Curriculum Vitae Ali Tan was born in 1881, İstanbul. In the wake of his high school education, he began to receive ney courses from Ahmet Şahin who is Ney virtuoso of TRT Istanbul Radio. He won Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music State Conservatory Department of Basic Sciences and he studied with Niyazi Sayın herein. In the meantime, Ali Tan who took theoretical (nazariyat) courses from assistant professor doctor Cengiz Ünal and repertory courses from Rahmi Sönmezocak, graduated with a high degree in 2004. In the same year, He was enrolled graduate programme in Istanbul Technical University Institute of Social Sciences to the Department of Turkish Music. In 2008, he took his graduate degree with the thesis called ‘Pitches Position in Niyazi Sayın’s Ney Manner.’ And since 2006 he has been studying as research assistant in Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music Conservatory.
