Abstract

Bu tezde, Duygusal Zeka ve iletisim arasindaki iliski incelenmistir.Günlük yasamda ve is hayatinda, çogu sorunun ve sikayetin iletisim eksikliginden kaynaklandigi ortaya çikmistir.Iletisim eksikligi ve iletisim becerilerindeki eksiklikler basarisizliklara, mutsuzluklara ve üretkenlikte düsüslere neden olmaktadir.Bu sonuç, zincir reaksiyonu gibi bulasici bir sekilde diger insanlari ve kuruluslari etkilemektedir.Insanlar için bu kadar önemli olan iletisimi gelistirmenin en etkin yollarindan biri Duygusal Zeka’yi gelistirmektir.Bu tezde, Duygusal Zeka’yla iletisim arasindaki olumlu iliskiyi konu alan bir arastirma ele alinmistir.Tezin birinci bölümünde Duygusal Zeka ile ilgili detayli bilgi sunulmustur.Ikinci olarak, iletisim ve iletisimin önemi açiklanmistir.Bu bölümden sonra, Duygusal Zeka ve iletisim arasindaki iliski hakkinda bir bölüm yeralmaktadir. Tezin son bölümünde Duygusal Zeka ve iletisim arasindaki iliskiyi göstermek ve desteklemek için bir örnek arastirma eklenmistir.Bu tez, Duygusal Zeka, iletisim ve aralarindaki iliski ile ilgili arastirma yapmak isteyenlere örnek olmasi ve arastirmacilara bu konularda ilham ve yön vermek hedeflerini tasimaktadir. In this thesis, the relationship between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and communication is focused on.In daily life and in business life, it is found out that most of the problems and complaints are caused by lack of communication. Lack of communication and lack in communication skills cause failure, unhappiness and decrease in productivity.Like a chain reaction, this result affects other people and the organizations in a contagious way. One of the most effective way to improve communication which has such an importance for people, is to improve EI.This thesis is based on the research about the positive relation of EI with communication. In the first part of the thesis, detailed information is given about EI. Secondly, the definition of communication and the importance of communication are presented. In the next part, the relationship between EI and communication competency is focused on.In the final part, a sample research is done to show and support this relationship between EI and communication. This thesis has the goal to lead and influence other researchers and form a sample for those who will be interested in the subjects: EI, communication and their relationship.
