Stok hileleri ve bir uygulama

Abstract

STOK HİLELERİ VE BİR UYGULAMA ÖZET Bu çalışmamızın amacı, çok çeşitli şekillerde yapılan ve işletmelerin değişik fonksiyonlarını hedef alan hilelerden biri olan stok hilelerini teorik ve pratik olarak incelemektir. İşletmelerde yapılan hileler özellikle son yıllarda artan hile olayları ile birlikte daha çok gündeme gelmektedir. Çalışmamızda genel olarak yapılan bu hilelerin nasıl önlenebileceği, ortaya çıkarılabileceği ve araştırılabileceği konusunda bilgi verildikten sonra özelde stok hileleri ayrıntısıyla incelenmiştir. Stok hileleri yöneticilerin ve çalışanların yaptıkları stok hileleri olarak ikiye ayrılabilir. Çalışmamızda stok hileleri örnek olaylarla birlikte verilerek daha iyi kavranılmasına çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra stok hilelerinin belirtilerinin nasıl tanımlanabileceği, bunların nasıl ortaya çıkartılabileceği ve önlenebileceği hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi verilmiştir. Son olarak da 1990’lı yıllarda ABD’de yaşanan bir stok hilesi ele alınarak geniş bir biçimde incelenmiştir. INVENTORY FRAUD AND A CASE STUDY

The aim of this study is to give general information about inventory fraud, which targets the different functions of the company and takes many forms, as both theoretically and practically. Fraud has taken the attention of people with the increased fraud incidents especially in the past years. This study describes prevention, detection and investigation of fraud as general and mainly explains these issues on inventory fraud. In our study, after giving general information about fraud, inventory fraud has been divided to two parts as inventory fraud by management and inventory fraud by employees. The topic is supported by real case studies to make the subject more comprehensible. Then the detailed information about symptoms of inventory fraud, how to detect inventory fraud and how to prevent inventory fraud is given. At the last section of our study, an inventory fraud case which has occurred in 1990s in USA has been reviewed by detail.
