Publication: İstanbul deri sanayi işletmelerinde eğitim ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesi ve bir araştırma
Abstract
Bu çalışma ile İstanbul deri sanayi işletmelerinde eğitim ihtiyaçları araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. I. Bölümde konu ile ilgili genel kavramlar ve tanımları üzerinde durularak, deri sanayi işletmeleri, eğitim ve eğitim ihtiyaçları kavramları açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. II. Bölümde Türkiye'de deri sanayiinin tarihsel gelişimi, yeri ve önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. III. Bölümde eğitim ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesi süreci, eğitim ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesinin eğitimdeki yeri ve önemi, eğitim ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesinden önce ve sonra gerçekleştirilecek çalışmalar ve eğitim ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesinde kullanılan yöntemler anlatılmıştır. IV. Bölümde uygulamaya ilişkin bilgiler verilmiş, araştırmanın amacı ve önemi, metodolojisi anlatılmış, araştırma soruları ve hipotezleri belirtilmiş, soru ve hipotezlerden elde edilen bulgular açıklanmıştır. V. Bölümde araştırmanın sonucunda elde edilen veriler açıklanarak bu konudaki önerilere yer verilmiştir.
This study tries to explore and identify the training needs in Istanbul leather industry. In the first part; leather industry factories, training, training needs tried to be explained by mentioning general concepts about the subject and their descriptions. In the second part; historical development and importance of leather industry in Turkey is elaborated. In the third part; period of training needs' identification, importance of training needs' identification in training, studies that should be realized before and after training needs identification and the ways that are used in identification of training needs' are explained. In the forth part; informations about the application are given; ambition, importance and methodology of the research are explained; questions and hypothesis of research are determined; the results that are gathered from questions and hypothesis are explained. Fifth part explains and discuss the result of research and the data gathered and suggestions are made.
