EĞİTİCİNİN EĞİTİMİ VE BİR UYGULAMA Son yıllarda örgütler işletmelerde insan faktörünün önemini anlamışlardır. Bu amaçla ellerinde bulunan işgücü potansiyelini kaybetmemek için eğitim ve geliştirme faaliyetlerine özen göstermeye başlamışlardır. Eğitimin yararlılığı göz önüne alındığında bu eğitim programını gerçekleştirecek olan eğiticinin bilgi ve deneyimi önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile insan kaynakları eğiticilerinin eğitiminin nasıl olması gerektiği, bir eğiticinin sunum öncesi, sunum sırasında ve sonrasında yapması gerekenler anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca bir çok işletmenin eğitim departmanlarında uygulanan eğiticinin eğitimi ve eğitim yöntem ve teknikleri üzerine bir uygulamaya da yer verilmektedir. Due to that objective, they began to take pains to do not lose workforce potential that they held for education and improvement activity. in consideration of effectiveness of education, the experience and information storage of the educator who is going to materialize the education programme come into prominence. Within this study, it has been tried to explain how the education of an human resources educator must be before the presentation, during the presentation and after the presentation. Besides, an implementation about educator's education, education style and techniques is applied in many organizations' education department.
