Lojistik sektöründe tedarik zinciri yönetiminin ulaştırma modelleri ile maliyet minimizasyonu ve bir işletme uygulaması

Abstract

Günümüz global ekonomisinin giderek ağırlaşan rekabet koşullarında üreticiler her geçen gün daha hızlı ve sorunsuz bir üretim ihtiyacı içine girmekteler. Bunun yanısıra üretilen bu malların sorunsuz bir şekilde ilgili yerlere ulaşması da büyük bir önem kazanmakta. Çeşitli üretim merkezlerinden yapılan bu dağıtımlardaki sorunsuz, hızlı, ekonomik ve kesintisiz operasyon firmalara rekabet avantajı da sağlamaktadır. İşte tam bu noktada “Ulaştırma Modeli”, belirli sayıda kaynakta üretilen malların daha önceden belirlenmiş tüketim merkezlerine minimum maliyetle gönderilmesini hedefleyen bir model olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bunun daha değişik kullanım alanlarını da; * Üretim ve tüketim merkezleri arasında optimal mal dağıtımının belirlenmesinde * Üretim planlamasında * Şebeke ağı problemlerinde * Fabrikaların kuruluş yeri seçiminde vb. görebilmekteyiz. Bu çalışmada doğrusal programlamanın özel bir türü olan Ulaştırma Modelini, metodolojisi, çözüm teknikleri, en optimal çözümün bulunması sırasında kullanılan teknikleri bir uygulama yardımıyla göreceğiz. Tez çalışmam boyunca benden her konuda desteklerini esirgemeyen çok değerli hocam Yrd. Doç. Dr. Tuncay Can’ a ve diğer tüm hocalarıma teşekkürü bir borç bilirim. Because of the increasingly difficulties in heavy competition conditions of the global economics, the producers need their production to be faster and non problematic. Beside that, the deliveries of the produced goods become very important. Different production centers fulfill the non problematic, fast, economic and continues operations, which provides a competitive advantage for the companies. We can generally say that the “Transportation model” is a kind of model which aims to deliver the products which have been produced in specified sources to a consumption center with the minimum cost. We can also use this model for; * In the fixing of optimal distribution of the goods between production and consumption centers. * In the planning of production. * In the network problems. * In the selection of the establishment place of factories. Etc. In my thesis I have examined transportation model, which is a special kind of linear programming. In this study, we will learn its methodology, solution techniques and the techniques which are used to find out the most optimal solution with an application.
