Muhammed Abid El-Cabiri’nin tefsirde siret-nüzul ilişkisi yaklaşımı

Abstract

MUHAMMED ÂBİD EL-CÂBİRÎ’NİN TEFSİRDE SÎRET-NÜZÛL İLİŞKİSİ YAKLAŞIMI İslam düşüncesi hakkındaki çalışmalarıyla Arap dünyasında olduğu gibi ülkemizde de tanınmakta olan Fas’lı düşünür Muhammed Âbid el-Câbirî’nin, son eseri olarak telif ettiği Fehmu’l-Kur’âni’l-Hakîm adlı üç ciltlik, tefsiri, hem biçimsel özellikleri hem de içeriği itibariyle, üzerinde akademik çalışma yapılmayı hak etmektedir. Yapısalcı yöntemi izlediği bilinen müellifin bu tefsirinin özellikle sîret-nüzûl ilişkisi konusundaki yaklaşımı, klasik ve çağdaş tefsir akımları içerisinde özgün bir yere sahiptir. Tefsirde Hz. Peygamber’in hayatındaki olayların açıklayıcılığından istifade etmek hemen her dönemde makbul görülmüş olmakla beraber, siyeri tefsirin merkezine taşıyıp Kur’ân’ı siyer eşliğinde takip etmek, bildiğimiz kadarıyla, bugüne kadar herhangi bir müfessirin izlemiş olduğu bir yöntem değildir. Bu tez çalışmasında hem Câbirî’nin düşünceleri ana hatlarıyla ortaya konulmaya ve İslam dünyasındaki yankıları takip edilmeye çalışılmış, hem tefsirinin özellikleri incelenmiş, hem de bu tefsirden hareketle, tefsirde “sîret-nüzûl ilişkisi” temelinde bir yaklaşım geliştirmenin imkânı, önemi, mantıksal sonuçları, muhtemel sakıncaları ve yararları üzerinde değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Yapısalcılık, Tefsir, Sîret-nüzûl ilişkisi, MUHAMMAD ABED AL-JABRE'S APPROACH TO SIRAH-REVELATION RELATIONSHIP IN QURANIC EXEGESIS Muhammad Abid Al-Jabre is a well-known thinker in the Arab world as well as in Turkey. He is famous for his original studies on Islamic thought. Al-Jabre’s last work, Fehmu’l-Qur’âni’l-Hakîm, is a three-volume exegesis of the Quran and deserves academic investigation for both its structure and content. The author uses the structuralist method; and in this exegesis his approach to Sirah-Revelation relationship has a unique place in both classical and contemporary approaches of tafseer. It has been a well-trodden path to utilize the explanatory value of the events in the Prophet’s life in Quranic exegesis; however, as far as we are concerned, no mufassir has so far placed the sirah in the center of his or her tafseer and interpret Quran in its light. This thesis has a number of aims. First, a general outline of Al-Jabre’s thought is presented, followed by an overview of the impact of his thought in the Islamic world. Second, we evaluated his tafseer, discussing the problem of developing an exegetical method on the axis of sirah-revelation relationship. We then conclude with a thorough discussion of the possibility, importance, logical results, probable disadvantages and benefits of developing such an exegetical approach.
