Abstract

Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre Mudurnu bölgesinde faaliyet göstermekte olan esnafların büyük ölçüde Ahilik değerlerine sahip olduğu tespit edilirken. Sahip oldukları bu değerlerin sosyal bütünleşmeye olumlu katkı sağladıkları tespit edilmiştir.According to the findings that obtained in the survey, it was determined that the craftmen working in the Mudurnu Region have a great deal of Akhis values and that these values have contributed positively to social integration.
