rade, Yeter Sebep İlkesi, Tasarım, İdea, Estetik, Güzel, Sanat, Deha, Yüce ÖZET SCHOPENHAUER’DA GÜZELLİĞİN TEMELLENDİRİLMESİ Çalışma temelde Schopenhauer’un felsefî sistemi içinde estetik anlayışına ve bu çerçevede güzele yüklediği anlama dayanmaktadır. Schopenhauer, dünyayı bir yanıyla irade diğer bir yanıyla tasarım olarak incelemiştir. Tasarım olarak ortaya koyduğu görüşlerinden sonra irade ile neyi kastettiğini açıklamaya çalışmıştır. Bu doğrultuda felsefesini oluşturmuştur. Felsefesi içerisinde yer alan estetik anlayışını da irade merkezli açıklama yoluna gitmiştir. Schopenhauer, her şeyde, iradeden bir parça görmüştür. Bu iradeye, sezgisel yöntem olan sanatla ulaşılabileceğini ortaya koyarak irade ve estetik anlayışını birbirine bağlamıştır. İrade insanda acı ve ıstıraba neden olurken estetik, bu olumsuz durumdan kurtuluşu sağlamaktadır. Bütün bunlar ise Schopnehauer’da güzel kavramında düğümlenmektedir. Güzel, onda akıl ve bilgiden bağımsız estetik seyrin gerçekleşmesini sağlayan bir kavramdır. Güzelliğin fark edilmesi iradenin sebep olduğu acı ve ıstırabın da bertaraf edilmesini sağlamaktadır. Schopenhauer, estetiğe dair görüşünü özgün irade anlayışı ile bağlantılı açıklayarak, estetikte de özgün bakış açısını yakalamıştır. SCHOPENHAUER’S GROUNDING OF BEAUTY This paper deals with Schopenhauer’s concept of aesthetic and the meaning of “beautiful” in his philosophical context. Schopenhauer considers the world partly as “will” and partly as “design”. He constructs his philosophy on this scheme and thus he explains his understanding of aesthetic concentrating on the concept “will”. Schopenhauer finds piece of will in every thing. He relates his view of aesthetic with his view of will by asserting that this will can be achieved only by using art, which is an intuitional method. While the will causes pain and suffering for human being, aesthetic helps to escape from them. Schopenhauer units all of these on the concept of “beauty”. For him, “beautiful” provides realisation of aesthetic contemplation free from intelligence and knowledge and consequently, perceiving beauty eliminates the pain and suffering caused by will. By explaining his view of aesthetic connected with his original understanding of will, Schopenhauer achieved also an authentic perspective about aesthetic. Therefore he has been inspirative for many following philosophers in this field.
